As far as I can tell any skill that has multiple charges is not affected by recovery.

I'm curious how do you think your opponents gear compared to yours? Beating fresh 60s or people who only have their glory set doesn't provide much evidence concerning class balance.

It's healing done not received. Which is why you'll see some dungeons/skirmishes where some people have 0 healing even thou you healed them.

Mine gets blocked all the time. :( Don't waste your block on stupid things like at-wills. Save it for things that need blocking like CC. Good gf are amazing in pvp. 90% of gf are pretty <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> poor at their class.

Not a bad little guide but "I see people use it all the time so it must be good" is a really poor metric to judge by and doesn't make you appear well informed.

Not what I said. Re-read what you quoted. Gear should be there to give you access to different stats and allow different builds. You still get more experienced at pvp regardless of having your gear or not. Do you really think someone would be more experienced if they spent a month pvping without end game gear vs only one day without and nearly the whole month with? Having your gear doesn't mean you stop learning new things and you really don't learn…

For fun and competition? The whole point to pvping in the first place. Pvp should NEVER be a gear grind.

Oh god low level wow dungeons . . . If it took over 20mins to do a dungeon under level 50 in MoP you're doing it wrong.
