for me GG gear is easier to obtained than any T2 gear. why? T2 dungeon - all T2 ask for high GS player(min 10K), if they are just fresh 60, how they get high GS? in grimah's post, he had stated tempest magic and blood hunt do work properly when enemy hp below 50%, blood hunt proc first but then when enemy hp drop to 30%, it will proc tempest magic both proc at different parameter and does not stack for boss fight its nice, cause 50% hp and 30% hp of a boss is kinda a big difference…

it all depends on crytips whether they want to make tene's unique (1 per char) if they are profit-oriented, they would like player to buy keys, instead of make it unique
