Tempest Magic or Snap Freeze

I'm playing a Tiefling wizard and I'm really confused about the feats. I don't know if I should pick Tempest Magic or Snap Freeze since Tempest bugs with the Tiefling class (?). But reading the description of Snap Freeze it don't sound useful at all(?).

tempest magic and blood hunt do work properly
when enemy hp below 50%, blood hunt proc first
but then when enemy hp drop to 30%, it will proc tempest magic
both proc at different parameter and does not stack
for boss fight its nice, cause 50% hp and 30% hp of a boss is kinda a big difference
and u can apply blood hunt much earlier
