This is the build that i plan to re-spec into

well im trying to boost my arp until 2.5k
now using GG pvp weapon, when i get my malabog weapon set,
then i will have to change my companion's item as well
i aim aim to get 3k rec/crit, 2.5k arp
Skill
Im into both PVP and PVE, but more towards PVE
Because i wan to get oppressive force and also shard of avalanche (its kinda amazing now for the dmg, cc and AP gain)
so i have to sacrifice something,my doubt is about arcane singularity
is it wise to sacrifice Arcane singularity to rank 2 only? currently i learned AS until rank 3
cause i never really pay attention to the dmg of AS, as i only use arcane singularity when i want to "throw" mob
and would use Opp force more often for dmg and cc. opinion anyone??
Skill usage
At will : Magic missile and Chilling cloud
encounter: All encounter i have depends on the situation, party formation and boss fight
Daily : Ice knife (when vs single boss - karru, MC dragon, etc) Arcane singularity (throw mob), Oppressive force (moderate CC and damage)

if you got 3k recovery and 2% AP gain boon
controlling action seems ... so,

fight on VS wizard wraith
i like both so i have to sacrifice fight on. I'm tiefling, dun have the extra 3 feat point from human race
or u guy would suggest me to get fight on 5 and sacrifice wizard wraith? opinion??

I used to be renegade and re-spec to thaumaturge after Cryptic nerved renegade paragon
and i love thaumaturge
tempest magic 5(according to some post in this forum tempest magic did work with tiefling racial - blood hunt. if its not working, i will move this 5 point to snap freeze! so anyone can confirm that it can stack with tiefling's blood hunt? or its useless feat for a tiefling CW)
malevolent surge 5(im considering should i move this 5 points to snap freeze, opinion??)
frozen power transfer 5
elemental empowerment 5
transcended master 5 (I move my 5 point from bitter cold to this feat because - shard can deal extra 15% dmg and icy ray can deal extra 20% dmg, compare to 5% from bitter cold)
assailing force 1
reaper touch 5 (with icy terrain, sudden storm, most of the time we will be within 20ft of our enemy, so good feat for me)
all suggestion/opinions/criticism are welcome ^^

but my concern is AS will be fine with rank 2?
and tempest magic stack with tiefling racial - blood hunt?
just want to get opinion from more ppl, so i can make proper feat/power allocation
i just wondering since EOTS proc like ermmm kinda often
do we still need 3k crit, i tried with 2.5k crit, seems so far so good
Never had tried it with less than 3 points in it.
I still plan to do a test on preview one day
for skill rotation wise and what feat to take, i know about it
just some doubt oni
from ur reply, it still good to get tempest magic + blood hunt, even it proc at diff lv
cause rank 2 AS and rank3, diff 10% dmg, as for me, i dun do AS for damage, but for cc
but who knows the damage can have a big difference
how bout malevolent surge vs snap freeze?
