Feedback: Scaling Currently the scaling is of on both ends. I could easily solo Chartraxis on a downscaled lvl 61 CW in quest gear (17k on live). Especially the incoming daming is far to low. The HP tooltip is misleading. HP gives a damage resist debuff too. See Kaelacs guide or check with ACT. You get about 24% (three stacks) more damage with HP. If DT works as advertised it should give you 5% more damage. Even at one stack only HP will give you more. So HP is far superior to DT.

If we can only use one slot because we have only one free tool it is impossible to keep up with people with a bunch of epic tools, as you well know. As it would be unwise to say what I really think about that ... I'm DISAPPOINTED, severly.

Nice try! The only problem is one half of the people doesn't understand and the other half doesn't won't to understand. Capping debuffs/buffs or DRs on debuffs wouldn't affect people with bad gear or bad builds and skill selections. They don't profit from them anyway. And it wouldn't affect PUGs with suboptimal group…

I did 5 test runs, 1 to establish my base damage for the spells i mentioned, 3 for Evocation, Wizards Wrath and Focused Wizardry, 1 for Chilling Presence. As said, I didn't test BP, only CP, but neither tabbed COI nor IT did show a damage increase with CP slotted, when i tested them in rotation. I only assume that the same is true for BP. I went 3/3 WW, BP and FW, but Blighting Power was a mistake probably. In our usual setup only Chilling Cloud seems to profit from it. Post Fury of the Feywild I went to Preview to test the AOE feats and passives with some of the spells I'm using or considered using. Conduit of Ice (Spell Mastery), Icy Terrain, Steal Time, Oppressive Force and Sudden Storm all show the expected about 15 % damage increase when Wizards Wrath and Focused Wizardry are feated.…
