Question about Stone

Hello all,

Since I am 95% PvPing and 5% PvEing, I came up with a question about this nice augmenting pet. So, I opposed my beliefs and gathered almost 400k AD (1200 Zen currently) and got the stone for my one of the two toons that do dungeons, MC and VT. The question is what is suggested for enchants and items when my stats look like this:

Power 3,359
Defense 1,008
Critical Strike 1,312
Recovery 2,885
Armor Penetration 2,524
Regeneration 650

I run a Thaumaturge right now, with INT (25) and WIS (22) focus and have the Champion Mage gear set instead of the HV cheese. So my go would be to focus on Power and a bit of Crit. The questions are:

1) Is 2 Empowered and 1 Eldritch ok?
2) Are there any blue necks,waists and rings that have big numbers in Power and an offensive slot? I can get some in AH, but I can't sort the search for the stat, so I wouldn't know if something is higher in a stat than the other. Or should I stop searching for blues and go to ol'reliable ancients with 154 Power+Offense slots instead?

    1) Sure.
    2) Look for "smiting nefarious" pieces with 243 Power and 133 Crit.

    I am using the purple grand berserker cleaving power/arp/lifesteal rings on character and stone. Also using purple hp/lifesteal belt on character and ancient blessings power/crit/ arp necks on both.

    Yes, makes sense. Life Steal is soo good for CWs, especially if you pick the last boon from Dread ring. I will give a shot on full power, since 700ish Regeneration with my HP (31k) is enough for me to be self-sustainable through dungeon runs.

    But yes, LSteal=almost full health back per Shard.

    The berserk rings are the highest power plus high arp just fyi...unless you go blues there as well. Crit for me is 1800+ without stacking and I use eots but my charisma is higher than you. I stack all power and have only a couple of darks on character. I have 7k power 2300 arp 1k + on life steal regen deflect and defense. I took the lifesteal boon and have 26k hp. I use a modified stox build using coi on tab and fpt and ss. I like to be up close and personal with the mobs so much so that my cc looks like I'm boxing...lol. thus lt is a life saver. I just get bored shooting from a distance.

    Same :) I usually go up front, since I am not using Vorpal but Plague fire and so I have Icy terrain on my encounters (keeping everything debuffed). I'd love some Life Steal, but I think that I need to re-gear.

    Btw sorry for that...just noticed you are sticking primarily to pvp and want to use your stone to round out your stats for pve. Obviously you are fine on arp so power and crit and recovery for you my friend. Problem will come when they add tenacity to pvp gear and lower the other stats. Champion will be weaker in pve at that point....time to farm hv...lol

    Indeed. Let's wait and see what's in the bag with module 3. And obviously nothing to be sorry about, your comments where 'to-the-point'.

    Time to farm ADs for dressing up that Stone (never expected something like that to come from a PvP player).
