When a company is departmentalized and hours are added or subtracted from those departments, they would re-staff accordingly. This does NOT mean sending employees from one department to another.

We really need a new word for this behavior. Calling it twinking is just...horrible wrong. This sounds like any regular lvl 60 match vs a stacked premade, which we all deal with everyday. this happened to me as well. i will be expecting this bug to be fixed on the next maintenance as no internal testing needs to be done, this is as cut and dry as they come. thank you so much for you hard work.
