Quite right! There's a known issue where the hat causes temporary baldness. It's a good look, but we're working on a fix for this.

How are you trying to use these items? They should be automatically consumed when you use an item that requires that skill.

I just checked (being a GM has it's perks- I can log in to check these things=p) and while it does not show up at the initial screen, the options to change keybinds, chat, and the HUD are all there. You will see them in game tomorrow!

If you see this message on the launcher, it means that you are trying to log in to the game when the servers are not available. Please be sure to check the Beta Weekend Schedule to see when to log in to the game! Make sure he has a key before the 8th, and if he has any trouble please advise him to contact customer support.
