This is the Forgotten Realms, not Dragonlance. The gnomes aren't mechanics, just fey squatters. I'm opposed to Minotaurs for the same reason - I associate them with Dragonlance, not the Forgotten Realms. Not that I'd mind a Krynn MMO... actually I'd probably hop ship for it.

Seems to me even if you have difficulty grasping English measurements vs metric measurements you should be capable of recognizing larger numbers vs smaller numbers. Also, if arrows were better at killing things than bullets, the nations of the earth would be equipping their armies with bows. Seems kind of self-explanatory.

The same reason everyone should: ArPen is the most efficient DPS stat in the game until you hit 60%, assuming we're talking about PvE. At that point you will ignore the damage reduction on all mobs (45%) and bosses (60%). If there are exceptions I don't know of any.

I've always thought the minibuff you get after invoking (Righteous, etc) should be based on the deity you worship. Though that might lead to the min-max crowd decrying anyone who didn't make the "correct" choice for their class.

I'd also be happy if they made the timers a true 24 hour window such as the timers used for Fury and Festival dailies. Really it's the "Exactly 24 hours plus 5" that's the issue. The window is just too small for people with variable time demands.
