well its not a buff/debuff unless its feated.. so, its more of a 'condition'.. a condition that is wilfully applied by the caster. I dunno, it feels like the kind of mechanic that would have been governed by increasing control duration. Its a small matter, granted, but a unique one i feel, to DCs.

Servers lagging / spiky connection Every 3 seconds, servers are delivering unopened packet data causing bottlenecking and freezes, causing solo instances and party dungeons to be unplayable. Fix? I too have been lagging VERY badly these last few days. Unplayable. Previously, the only issue i had was latency to server (Australia<-->Server ping usually constant and managable at 250-350, depending) Past few days, the game is virtually unplayable..
