  • And with 40k hp you're hitting like a wet noodle. CWs can't have high hp pools and still maintain good burst like a GWF.
  • It's more of a problem with routing downstream from their servers. Usually a problem with a switch or a router at some ISP.

  • Terror or plague fire are both decent options. Especially when the next patch comes out and you play pvp. Those two enchants will likely be better than vorpal if you're a pvper.

  • You're funny. There's no protecting someone that is being focused fired by multiple people especially if this healing nerf goes through. The only ones that come out ahead with these changes are GFs and GWFs.
  • HRs aren't OP they just have bugs. Everyone knows the roots are bugged so you can't ask for nerfs because of that. Everyone knows Stormstep Action is bugged so you can't ask for nerfs to their melee damage because of that either. People need to understand the real issues and stop blindly asking for nerfs.
  • Yeah if their 3 encounters all crit and you have 20k hp. A GWF, TR, or CW can also kill you just as fast and do the same amount of burst more often. Fox Shift is what does the majority of this damage and it has a decently long cooldown. While it's recharging their at-will damage is pretty darn weak.
  • And dps clerics get owned in pvp. Not every spec is pvp viable.

  • I don't feel guilty snaring through unstoppable. GWFs have bugged bleeds right now that do ridiculous damage along with the other damage buffs that they got in mod 2. Full tanks doing as much as dps spec HRs... I have no sympathy for them.
  • There is no way in hell a bleed should be doing that much damage.
  • GWFs don't need damage buffs. I can buy that threat may still need to be boosted. The only change that will make a difference is a complete overhaul of dungeon mechanics which make defenders/tanks actually needed.
  • GWFs most definitely do not need a buff. They just got buffed with mod 2. Their AoE damage is just fine especially considering their survivability.
  • That still doesn't address the ridiculous burst that can be done while in forest ghost. Melee rangers can wreck sentinel tanks in seconds with that bug.
  • You can still do respectable dps as a sentinel especially after mod 2 and you never have worry about dying. Go smoke your cigar now.

  • My main is a ~16k CW so I'm well aware of what their single target damage is like. In a dungeon my HRs aimed shot can crit from 25-60k depending on debuffs. That is every 2 seconds.   • Yep I've noticed it a lot in VT. It will just go through a huge pack of mobs sometimes like they were never there. Something is definitely glitchy.

  • It's not worth losing EoTS and Sudden Storm. A spellstorm Mage will wipe out all the trash while you are still waiting for your smolder to tick.
  • You are completely wrong. The problem is that most HRs still don't fully understand their class and are undergeared. I am either 1st or second in dps in every run that I do on my ranger. HRs have higher single target dps than both CWs and GWFs. They also bring more AoE damage than GWFs. Hell they can act as better trash…
  • Without roots GWFs will be curbstomping everyone. It's the only thing right now that keeps the ridiculous sentinel GWFs at bay. People should be up in arms over that HAMSTER. A tank that can solo hold a point, crit for 15k+ with their encounters, and other than ranger roots can't be kited. Give me a freaking break.
  • I've had so many clueless GWFs say the same thing to me only to get roflstomped by many millions in damage.
