Actually I found a somewhat easier way. I keep my mouse on the buy button, click it once, then double tap enter. So basically it goes click, tap, tap, repeat. You sort of get a rhythm going and you would be surprised how fast it goes. I did 900+ in a very short time.
I sent them an update with a better explanation and to their credit I got a reply back pretty quick. They asked me to verify a couple of things, so they can make sure and get it right, and I am waiting to hear back from them. Thank you for offering to help, it is very much appreciated :-)
OK, I finally got a response and I am seriously not pleased. I have 3 characters on that account. I went and checked and I got the first time buyers pack in the mail the day that I bought the Zen. I have all of the other items, got them that day, but still no character slot. :neutral: I am going to post in the Bug section and see if they will fix it from there. Thanks again for your answer.
