Missing Zen purchase reward

I made a first time purchase of Zen, using a card purchased at Walmart. I got the Zen fine but it said that as a reward I would receive a character slot. That was 2 days ago and I still do not have that slot. Is this a bug or do I need to wait longer?

    I went and checked and I got the first time buyers pack in the mail the day that I bought the Zen. I have all of the other items, got them that day, but still no character slot. :neutral:

    I am going to post in the Bug section and see if they will fix it from there. Thanks again for your answer.

    the character slot should be on the log in screen where you "pick" your character to enter, there you should see "you have x of x characters used", there is no token or anything in game that you get.....I hope this helps :smile:
