Insufficient Zen?

I noticed that bank expansions were on sale and attempted to purchase one. The price was 300 Zen and I have 300 Zen.

#1 I clicked on Buy More Bank Slots.
#2 I selected Manycoins Bank Slots
#3 I attempted to click on Purchase
#4 I got the message "You do not have enough Zen to purchase this item"
#5 I signed closed the game
#6 I logged back in to game
#7 I repeated steps #1 - #3 with the same result
#8 I logged in today and the sale is over :'(

I submitted a ticket on 6/20 at 7:37 am. I got an automated response saying that it was received. I have not heard anything from support. Can someone please look in to this and fix it.

    Had you attempted going through the Zen Market directly rather than the button at the bank? Maybe there's a bug there. I do hope that CS will help you make your purchase at the sale price.

    Oh wow, I wish now I had posted this yesterday. I didn't even think of that :'
    I am hoping that since I had the proper amount of Zen they will be nice and give it to me.

    Are those character bound or account bound? I am not doing the event on her, because she is low level, I am doing it on my level 70.

    But you can transfer zen to the char that runs it through Zax.

    He was not talking about Zen. He was talking about the bounty coupon. He wanted to buy Manycoins bank slot (not shared bank slot), he needs to use the right character to buy it.

    So, now it has been 3 days and still no response from support. Is there anything else that I cna do to maybe get this fixed? Someone on FB suggested sending an email but I haven't been able to find an email address to send it to.

    So, now it has been 3 days and still no response from support. Is there anything else that I cna do to maybe get this fixed? Someone on FB suggested sending an email but I haven't been able to find an email address to send it to.

    If you have already filed a ticket, I do not recommend emailing or sending multiple tickets as that will put you at the back of the line and make you wait longer. Please just be patient, support is running a bit slow due to the Jubilee, I suspect.

    OK, I finally got a response and I am seriously not pleased. I have 3 characters on that account. I attached a screenshot to my ticket which clearly shows the name of the character that I was having the issue on. They looked at my account, saw that I had made the purchase on the other 2 characters and ASSUMED that I had been able to solve the issue on my own.

    What they failed to do was compare the name of the character in the screenshot, the one that the ticket was about, to the names of the characters that I was actually able to purchase the bank slots on. So here I am 8 days after having sent the first ticket in, waiting even longer. All they had to do was compare the names and they obviously did not bother. Sorry but I expected better out of game support. I wish that there was another way to contact them to get them back on it but now I will probably end up waiting until all of the new tickets get taken care of and that could take awhile

    I sent them an update with a better explanation and to their credit I got a reply back pretty quick. They asked me to verify a couple of things, so they can make sure and get it right, and I am waiting to hear back from them.

    Kreatyve, I am taking you up on your offer because I am really disgusted. It is like they are not really reading what I am sending to them. The first person that responded seemed to be willing to help. The last response that I got, which was from someone else, was proof that the person that wrote it didn't even read what I wrote. They must have just skimmed through it, saw that I was trying to buy bank slots and it bugged and completely missed the important part.

    Ticket # 180620-000295 Subject line reads Insufficint Zen (yes I spelled insufficient wrong)

    The problem. During the Jubilee event bank slots were on sale. I purchased shared slots and also personal slots for my other 2 characters. I had 300 Zen left which was the sale price for personal bank slots. When I tried to make the purchase, for my third character, I got the message that I did not have enough Zen. Characters name is Merilwen Moonwalker. I also attached a screenshot showing that I have 300 Zen and that the price was 300 Zen.

    Thank you for your help.
