I tested w a TR & a DC today both with 26k power and 11k arm pen and 16k power and 19600 arm pen. And for me 100% arm pen hits like marshmallows compared to 150% arm pen

I feel the same as @silver11#9318 but no mounts, insignias, enchants, armor, off hands, boons and pots let's make it fair @rayrdan oh heck no artifacts either shew I almost forgot that and I would also suggest no power points slotted so everyone only has 1 encounter & daily. First of all I'm on Xbox I'd enjoy a solo Q system "if it didn't effect my page" as broken as the ranking system is you still have to grind your way to a good page "with a 5 man" and then "5 man to keep it". All I do is pvp honestly, was just asking about the arm pen and RI because of what I had heard most locks are brutals in off and Vic in defense for pve. I'm Vic in offense w a couple brutals and all rad in def to avoid the dunk. But if it was 110% I could afford some more crit or recovery ya know. But we're not in mod 10…

Ok maybe I can get an answer to this I was told mod 10 RI was 110% when huge diminishing returns started on Xbox I'm currently sitting at 144% with boon and axe beak w 211k hp potted in Dom. Just dropped beak now I'm 114% using leg lion and both its powers. Metallic dragon SB fury w 10 in temp btw

No it's not fixed is your crit high? If not use a power like infernal spheres which crits 0% of the time on Xbox still. Better yet get Trent to ask his Guildies if they are fixed :-)

Any given night there's a mob of people in IWD flagged up showing stones of might waiting for some to accidentally cross the magic barrier to be smacked by there owlbears and shadow demons. I think it's hilarious especially when they get brave and Q for Dom sadly comps don't help them there.

Private match would be great for setting up PM vs PM. Honestly trying to Q sync is just about as fun as a punch in the junk. And as much as the pugs don't believe it we don't enjoy beating up on them.

Seems to me from original post and trents posts that it's the counter to EVERYTHING so I can only assume that you're a gwf so that obviously doesn't seem flawed, broken, exploited or bugged to you.
