I can post my xbox controller set-up if people like. It includes everything others have plus incantation, map, ALT, character and inventory, Need, Greed and Pass. I only use mous/keyboard to speed up some transactions - professions, selling, inventory management although I only theoretically need to for typing text

I believe the reverse red zig zag arrow you see is an indication you are being damaged. The number beside it is by how much.
