The player has the right to post the item on the AH for what ever price he wants. Other players has no right to dictate the value of the item that they wish to sell. You only options is to buy it or refuse to buy it for the price the user wants for it.

For the last 7 days the server's been having problems. Where the all the servers went down for what ever reason at the same time. Also you would be playing and out of the blue you would get disconnected many people commented about that in game. So I would say a extended maintenance is very much so warranted.

In my honest opinion the best option would be getting VIP. By having 2,000 zen you could get 2 months worth of VIP. Each day you will get 1 enchanted key as long you collect it. The good thing about it is. It would not matter if they say it in chat or in whisper form. If the keyword you are filtering is said you just wont see it. The only way they could get around it would be sending ingame mail. Look on the bright side least the chat box will be cleaner.

When I was playing BDO the spamming was really bad. Until they added the keyword filter in game that the user control.
