Yup, AP gain is based on damage done. Stealth Lasing Blade -> Confirmed Critical -> high damage -> high AP gain. Luskans still can "win" in the GG PvP by being enable to join for the 2nd queue after Luskans get stormed by Delzouns in the 1st GG PvP, which ended before the 30 mins windows. My chance of winning the 2nd GG PvP as Luskan is about 80%. I think Luskans are good at short duration battle. ;)

They do have a timer (recharge time). It is just that the players are able tweak their spec to greatly reduce the timer.

That is a good news! I read from somewhere in the forum that the MH and Glove only drop in the Epic HE. A rare HE is spawn more frequent and much easier to complete. :o

Quite true on the GWF. ;) As for TR, I think I fall under the non-elite, non-perm stealth rogue and died a lots in PvP. :p And I dislike arrogant and trash talking. In additional, I seldom talk during PvP.

Side track a bit, is the duration of stun, including the animation, as long as prone effect? From my current PvP experience, prone seems to be have a "longer" duration than it is stated in the tool tips because of the additional prone animation, which included getting up from prone, which during that duration, we are not…

I second on that. It is not easy to land the 3rd strike of DF against a veteran PvP opponent who is very good at moving around. Even with smoke bomb, unless caught off guard, a veteran is able to "dodge/evade" it as there is a small delay before the smoke bomb effect kicked in. I was able to dodge away from a smoke bomb…

I am a semi-perm TR (I depended only on SS and my profound gears for my stealth, as I am suck in managing my stealth rotation :p) who do PvP a lots and I totally agreed with Morenthar statements. Caused I have seem it myself how a veteran PvPers (Mostly GWF and HR) are able to destory a Perma TR with ease.

I thought we are able to do Kessel's Retreat with 3 pieces of Black Armor (be it Purified or Corrupted)? Btw, congrats on getting your MH (Since you mentioned that you have all the items except gauntlets). :) I have yet to get my main MH and Gauntlets, which I have given up farming them long time ago. ;)

Yeah, you are right, I was using PoTB/Deft strike/IToC. Then I switched to PoTB/Smoke Bomb/IToC, which is not good against him. Just faced a TR that mastered DF in PvP and I totally agreed with the above statement. I faced him 1v1 twice and lost both fight.

Just did my PvP daily (Runes scroll quest) yesterday before the maintenance. This PvP daily does activate the Golem too.

As a non-perm stealth TR (I am suck at doing the rotation), I don't have to imagine the result. It is already happened to me, the result is, I was sent back to my respawn area very often. :rolleyes:

Well, the issue is, the "kite" role can be easily replaced by another GWF.

Wow! from 50% to full health! May I know what is your life steal stats? I do PvP alots and life steal does help but not big enough to be like yours. For my case, it is either I am dead or the opponent was dead before I can life steal from 50% HP to full. I can only think this was possible if the TR build is a perm stealth…

It is all about luck. To me, I have already given up on farming the Gloves and MH weapon. I will just join in any of the Epic Hero Quest and treat the Gloves and MH weapon as a bonus for my reward.

I support Neverwinter because its background is based on Forgotten Realm, which is my favorite D&D campaign. In additional, the combat system is simple enough for me. I am too old to play MMORPG with complex combat system like DAoC, Warhammer Online etc. :p

Same here, have done countless of HE and still no luck on the gloves and MH. :( So, I just continue with the daily quests and treat the HE as a bonus.
