first, i was looking for a quick and cheap way to refine artifact equipment and they told me that there is none yet, then we started talking about artifact refining. i guess ill just buy lots of rank 4 stacks

which is cheaper rank 4 enchantments or shards? but i guess it would be much easier to buy stacks of rank 4s

already have the enchantments but %1 is too low.. stones are coming bound, so maybe they increase the drop rate :(
