Hey guys, i have some questions about this enchantment

1- as a 60 lvl can i get refining stones from low level monsters?
2- Is there a good place to farm ? (can be foundries or etc)
3- do i have to look at all the green drops to find peridots?

1 - I believe mobs need to be within 7(?) levels of you to get drops (whatever level spread would give you experience).

2 - Foundry farming has been deliberately nerfed: ICD on enchants is ~10 seconds in open world and dungeons, and ~2 minutes in foundries. Find a zone with lots of big packs or closely-spaced small packs for your farming. Mt. Hotenow has been a favorite for farming events, so should work here - or I like Sharandar: lots of quickly respawning minions.

Please be thoughtful and let people killing mobs for quests have their share. When I farm in Sharandar I check which areas are for the daily quests and farm in the unused areas (e.g., don't farm in spider area if the daily is "Blighted Beasts").

3 - The refinement stones drop at your feet, so you don't need to search unless you had to run around while killing a pack. In that case, the drop looks pretty much like any other one, so you will have to look at all of them. (This occurs most often on my SWs, who are moving around while channeling Dreadtheft - looting would cancel the channel.)

I get drops from kills in PVP with dragon hoard equipped. Strange. I do recall hearing that there was a level limit or a significant restriction on drop rates with low level monsters though.

You can get drops from lower level mobs, but they will skew heavily towards lower point items.

Best place to farm, imo, is either campaign lairs (I have a lot of unused fey keys collected when Sharandar was new) or by entering heroic dungeons solo (however high you can comfortably manage). Mob density is pretty decent for keeping proc coooldowns timed, and you're not bothering anyone else or going to be bothered.

Goblin mobs constantly coming down the base of Icespire Peak works for L60.
I kill them while waiting for the dragon.
Did you really think anyone could steal the power of the god of thieves?
