This worked for me ... Deleted the Gameprefs.pref file, options, safe mode, windowed, and command line -d3d11Enabled 0 ... dont try fullscreen once in but max windowed works for me .. windows 7 64 bit , AMD graphics. see u in there

Same as Roensilvertree. Updated all drivers (ie... windows 7, AMD, Realtek) Get black screen after 1-2seconds of the Neverwinter logo screen. Touch any key get graphic error. Not happy, NW withdrawl and missed invoke xp, coins, and AD. 15 hours and counting...
