Yes, we CW's have repel, but how about we talk about GF shield bash or TR smoke bomb or TR plant growth. It feels to me like those classes have more CC rotation ability than I do sometimes!
-I miss gear with meaningful set bonuses -Running dungeons and having a 1 in 4 chance of a good drop instead of consistently getting garbage -Having dungeon content that required strategies other than everyone surround the boss and pound it to death -The time when pretty much all equipment was bind on equip and there…
Is the point of this discussion to talk about why no should care about the stupid leaderboard at the end of dungeons or why we should care about the number of times we run these dungeons and consistently get garbage? If they want to make the content repeatable why not let us choose the rewards that we want to work towards?…
Currently sitting at 126 Power Points. You need 124 to max out all of your skills. You basically continue to accumulate them and get that helm icon at the top of your screen telling you that you perpetually have something to do. Who knows...maybe in the future they'll provide us with more skills.
You could always level a DC and unlock it. You'd probably have no problem finding a group then and the marks are account bound so you can pass them around.
Having spent a lot of time creating groups to farm MSVA, I'm taking more of a casual approach to this module. That being said though I'm going the Gyrion route to unlock SP. After running through the hellish grind that was module 10 and 10.5 and getting my weapons legendary (legit as a cw...it isn't impossible as someone…
Seems like they're really trying to push this disposable gear. No one wants this...no one wants to have to constantly empower their Voninblood gear and no one wants to constantly lug around extra enchantments and constantly check their armor and now their companion's armor to make sure that stupid timers haven't expired.…
Great now I just have this picture in my head of a monster that constantly fills your bags with rank 1 and 2 enchants and you can't get rid of them faster than they fill your bags!
Support oriented quests sound like a really great idea! Why don't we have quests like "Heal the Injured" (use potions for those classes that don't have innate healing) or "Shield the Weak" (mark or control enemies to prevent them from dealing damage). While we're at it let's throw in some stuff for the rogues to use their…
Green gear dropping in gold runs is just an insult. Why am I getting a bronze prize when i'm completing something at a gold level? There seems to be a real disconnect between the completion levels and rewards. Why can't we ever get rewards that reflect effort, you know something that looks like: Bronze Run: +1 Companion…
Just wait until you start running Illusionist's Gambit trying to get one of a million configurations for your companion gear. Sometimes I wonder if the developers actually play this game. The grind is real.
Foundry would be a very welcome addition to the X Box and PS4, though I really don't see a feasible way that they'd be able to pull this sort of thing off. As far as the solutions, a lot of skill checks are based on the random luck of the dice so sometimes you'll succeed and sometimes you'll fail. What happens to the party…
I really like the idea of having reputation in the game. Heck throw in a vendor that gives special fashion/transmutes or refinement or something and you've got a reason for people to really want to contribute to making a run successful. It would be something unrelated to content and yet something that the other players can…
@thegravelnome#9466 just looking back through this thread there appears to be a common theme of disdain. I don't know if it's a direct result of the current queue system or if people just feel that they're being neglected and ignored for their lack of skill/gear. So that said, let's address elitism as it pertains to the…
From what I've been reading it's getting a significant power boost @mordekai#1901. Pop over into the PC thread and you'll see people talking about the weapon enchants on a thread dedicated specifically to the topic.
Have you run MSVA / SVA? The whole point of this trial is to do as much damage as fast as humanly possible before your 20 minute timer runs down and you get booted (SVA) or have to continue to fight or fail (MSVA). The groups don't going in there for sightseeing because the developers fashioned this to say bring your "A"…
I'm not trying to say that the ability to randomly queue for dungeons, skirmishes etc... should be removed from the game. I just think that it would make a lot more sense to be able to have more transparency on what the queue itself looks like for the following scenarios: "Hey...I just queued for this dungeon that says I…
I honestly wonder if the auction house and general economy as a whole would be healthier if they did away with this silly binding nonsense for everything. It's a silly concept that was outmoded in it's WOW hay day origins. How about instead of grinding out dungeons for useless salvage gear, we instead grind for rare…
Unfortunately there are two issues that are working against queuing for content as a random these days. First, I don't believe that Item Level is a reliable metric for the capability for players to run content. Until they incorporate the companions loadout and mount insignias into this value you're missing large gaps in…
If they had to shut the servers down to restore the drop rates back to the way they were just after the key change, i'd be completely okay with that...
Transcendent Shadowclad Enchantment no longer working after I updated. I've tried all of the following to resolve this issue to no avail: Unslotted and Reslotted Placed in another armor purchased a different lesser enchant and applied it (This one did not work either) and then re-slotted it Reinstalled the entire game I…
This would explain my confusion to popping into the middle of Malabog's Castle with my party back at the beginning. I was wondering what in the world was going on!
