• Press K and que up anytime! ;) The brackets are segregated however so you and your friend must be in the same level bracket to que together (IE 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc. - 60 is its own). That vendor is only used for the tutorial and yes he should not offer the que when you go over the level cap for it.
