PvP levels/location?

My friend and I have been having issues involving PVP, we played PVP domination until we were level 20, after that it said that it would only allow levels 19 and below to play, so we decided to keep playing and progressing through the game hoping that we would be prompted by the game to play more pvp, now we are both levels 31 and 32 and after a bit of research everything I have read insinuates that there is more pvp. But we can not find it now find anything that tells us where to find it so I do hope that someone can answer my question.

    Press K and que up anytime! ;)

    The brackets are segregated however so you and your friend must be in the same level bracket to que together (IE 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc. - 60 is its own).

    That vendor is only used for the tutorial and yes he should not offer the que when you go over the level cap for it.
