Don't think so. BoA nerf made it so that magnitude was reduced from 600 to 200 for base damage and killed proc of procs. Increasing magnitude by 20% now is low. It changes 200 magnitude to 240 basically. Not a big deal. Ring probably will be in the same state as it was before the 20% increase.
I meant to say it's new to me since I rarely even try to do all random queues, I usually just do 1 or 2 queues, but nevermind. Information about caps should still be in the game though.
Now that's something new. Never heard of it and never saw it myself. Would be really nice to have such information mentioned somewhere above the random queues.
Demo fits the Underdark modules I guess but ZC is pretty much dead at this point. Be it normal or master versions.
