I like the general layout, but it would get somewhat tiresome to fight in such featureless conditions for any length of time and it would be difficult to navigate on the fly because of the lack of landmarks. As for the corridors and such, I like them. PVP is about strategy and doing what you can with what you have, not…
I'd rather see something like immediate auto removal of disconnected players and then the removal of random players from the other team until teams are even. For instance, I come back from a 900/0 game once because enough players left on the other team to make us even, 2/2 in that case, and me and the guy I was with…
3-4 levels worth of a ruined/overgrown city to hunt each other through. Another with no walls, no floor, no sky, and the fighting would be on a multi leveled/star shaped series of platforms radiating out from large central platform with a kill volume below for anyone who falls. Due to the nature of my lack of planning,…
Nice idea doing player videos for Youtube. A lot of my stuff gets tagged 'unusual' and is always heavily story based if you want to check it out. The links below are to the public information threads on the Neverwinter UGC forum (to give that a plug) that's been started containing descriptions, screenshots, review stats,…
Also, you can't do the opposite. You can't pull friendlies out to use as followers or they go nuts half the time. If you try that, you waste an encounter for something that will work for some people and not for others...
Thanks for playing! This was my first Foundry, so it's not near the quality of my others despite a huge number of attempts to mess with it...chances are I'll play with it some more here and there and make more tweaks based on feedback, but it's always easier to do something right the first time than fix it, and this one…
That's would be great, but three problems with that path. It would require work on all 100 plus encounters, which would take a lot of time, and it would also still have the majority of the encounters in groups, which is the real barrier to using the current friendlies. While the addition of 4-6 encounters would take must…
For me, the problem started after playing a ranger to level 10, deleting it, and starting a new one in the same character slot. Within seconds, at approx 10 am eastern time on friday, I got the first error I can associate with it: The third crate containing the tunic didn't have interaction sparkles. I 'changed character'…
Man, there's a 'withdraw' button right in the corner. So, I don't consider any available quest abandoned. Otherwise, it would be 'withdrawn' as far as I'm concerned. Plus, you didn't leave an in game reveiw on a <15 min quest I played this in return for. While you got a in game reveiw, aprox 300 words of critique pmed, and…
I've had this problem for months also and keep expecting it to be fixed each patch. However, I've messed with it and found something, that for me at least, reduces the incidence of this. Save the project, back out to the main editor menu, then go back into the project and 'play from here' without doing anything else. For…
Yeah, I know about the daily thing with it. I'd initially planned it to be even shorter than what it is, but got carried away with the story and it turned into a border line daily. Nearly all my others will be dailies once they hit 20 plays so I'm not too concerned about it. This is my 'last' campaign pretty much. I have…
Good idea. I don't see how it can be exploited more than the systems already in place. Maybe add in a minimum number of objectives to such a quest to prevent the 'pull lever win' deals.
Only one respawn per map. The alternative is a walk all the way from the beginning if you go down at the church. Until you find a campfire, you're always spawned at the original map spawn spot.
Here's something really needed, and that would also increases foundry plays. 1. A tab of all quests played by that character. 2. Any quest on that tab is removed from all other tabs and new foundries rotated up to fill the empty spots. Result: Players always know what they've played if they need to leave a review or want…
