If it works the same as the CW Learned Spellcaster feat that does the same for the Intelligence stat, each point in Blood Pact adds 1% damage +.01% damage per point of Constitution over 10. Speaking of amusing ways to go out, it can be quite funny to slap Bargain and hellish rebuke on a GF with guarded assault and watch the numbers bounce :) About half the time the GF will go down before so that's a plus.
