When you are attacking enemy from behind, or "sandwhiching" it between you and your friends, you deal extra damage to it. It is denoted by a SWORD icon near your damage numbers ("lightning" is crit, "sword" is advantage)

i dunno, i found questing to be way way way WAY more efficient than foundry, skirmishing, pvp or dungeon running. It took me about 1 day 10 hours /played time to get to 60 doing just storyline quests and 1-2 dungeons and skirmishes. Gold is useless. After you got your mount, feel free to spend the rest on potions from vendor. I am 60, and have not found ANY use for it whatsoever apart from potions.

I sold Phoera on AH for ~700k AD. I never got the mail with the diamonds. I made a support ticket, and it's been silent since the launch :/ (was day 1) P.S. I never got the diamond "payment" in any way, shape or form. not mail, not "wallet", nothing.
