Not complaining making a statement, and I still dont see the problem with stamina drains , especially with all the endless tankiness even with stamina drain on, and wards are readily available. we all started out at low il, kicking is toxic and gets abused.. old rivals Kick for amusement at the end of matches ..etc.... easiest solution would be 3 IL brackets... fresh level 70-9k, 9k-12k, 12k+, i would probably build some toons in each bracket too in case one was slow to queue

Removing Tenacity in my opinion is very Good change, as long as the overdamage is gone and some kind of diminishing effects on stacking control powers is Implemented as implied, or even the way Control Resist does or doesn't apply to Control Powers

Its not shocking Execution causing the 180k+ hits... its the Class Feature First Strike thats Granting those big One shots, Ive hit One Shots with Lashing Blades 200-350k or Impact shots 70-100k with the same class feature damage before. especially on poorly geared or no Tenacity players
OK people Listen UP!!! your Stats will in fact "Reset" if you 1) decline your Queue when it Pops , 2). Someone in your queue Group declines the "pop", or 3) if you miss the pop(i.e. you go afk and it pops and the timer whittles all the way down popping you out of the queue= same as Declined queue "pop"
No i dont think piercing damage should be added to tenacity, I do however feel that the Feats that allow for Rangers to Build with almost No Armor Penetration, as well as 1st strike TR feat. need a good Hard Look.
and update on this. The cause of the reset of stats is stemmed from declining the pvp Dom Queue when it pops. if for any reason you decline or someone you are queued with Declines the queue itwill reset your leader board

All the classes can benefit from high HP. pve and pvp, especially since many of the newer game mechanics are based % of max HP(Ensignia bonuses, New Pants/shirts mechanics..and many more)
