Arguably still outdoes weaver. Will need more playtesting before I come to a conclusion The new pvp set looks very attractive indeed. Very good stats, max hp, and a pretty snazzy 4 set.

Chill strike untabbed applies 2 debuffs, with my recovery the debuff falls off 2 seconds before chill strike is off cooldown again. Neither COI or ROE apply the debuff so keeping a 3 stack of this effect will be unreasonable on some fights where EF is needed to generate AP on large add clusters. (Dracolich for example)

1350 defense gives me 12% DR. Considering double cleric is gone that isn't something you should just sweep under the rug. Yes the debuff stacks 3 times, yes it reduces defense by 1350. If we consider monsters have 22% DR at 60, and 28% at 65, then this debuff is going to contribute a to a parties overall damage by a hefty…

Shield will only proc 1 debuff on each mob hit. Edit: Shield on Spell-Mastery does not change how it interacts with the 4 piece Vizier.

I believe it will now crit and update with mitigation reduction independently, rather then when first applied.

Shadow weaver will still likely be the best preforming 4 set bonus in PVE. 30% crit severity is nothing to sneeze at.

Skills that reduce mitigation will go below 0%. NPCs have 22% "mitigation" which with 2200 ARP you reduce to 0. ARP per point is the strongest damage dealing stat until 2200. ARP will not reduce mitigation below 0%.

vizir 2 piece and weaver 2 piece is what I'm currently using. Can't be ****ed to deal with all the bugs with 4 piece weaver.

Another thing I noticed, shadow weaver 4 piece using COI and lesser-plaguefire would hit allies near the COI and give the mob with COI the Measured Spellcasting buff (crit severity) I'd be very careful using this set until they decide to fix it.

Shadow weaver 4 peace is broken at the moment and gives many more stacks of the buffs then intended. It also stops working occasionally and requires you to remove a piece and put it back on for the 4 piece to take effect. Would still recommend it for pvp as it has a good stat spread and until the gladiator 4 piece is fixed…

Can get to 300% crit severity with the 4 piece, takes a decent chunk of monsters but its possible. definitely broken as of current. Would still be best wizard 4 pce if it was working as intended anyways. It also stops working entirely at times, though I can't seem to reproduce this in a definitive manner.

I'd assume it is considered a bug, as it is miles and beyond the best 4 piece in the game whenever it decides to not stop working at random

Any solid fix to the 4 piece set just suddenly not working? Or am I forever doomed to taking on and off a piece every time it breaks?
