After the cut scene quickly turn left and start to run away from the dragon. Makos will put a spell on you that makes you run faster. Just follow the path dodging the dragon's attacks until you get to the next cut scene.

I'm also missing the high forest bear mount that was an account wide unlock.

It finally dropped! I don't know if putting chain and other scales in the bank helped though. It still took a couple of days and several tries to get it.

Elminster will send you to Fitzhugh Montgomery, Preceptor Theraclast, Lenu La'neral, Harper Boward, Delrin Bass, Merrisara Winterwhite, Shay Cutter, Sadesyl Morgia, Feldon Strongbeard. Then you have to do the three quests Lay of the Land, Sacrificial Victims (Cult Prison) and Skin and Bones. If you don't finish all three…
