They're busy trying to figure how a minor patch completely broke they new aspect of the game. I think a room full on monkeys banging away on keyboards would stand as much chance of creating workable code as these devs.

Most players are morons. Any HR with two wired together brain cells will use their 5 second stealth daily so you don't see them coming, and if you're a SW, it's GG and over before it starts and you even see them. Uh not sure if serious, but that applies to any class playing with a premade OP, so why bother rolling a SW and not a TR or CW? They'd get same protection. This says nothing about SW and everything about OP being so broken.

It only counts top players by class but also only lists top 1000 overall. Yes, there are 13 total SW in the top 1000 of pvp players. Class balance.

Well that's a work-around, I guess. This still needs to be fixed though. Can't always do WB first, especially if you have to CC that CW before they get you, etc.

Well before last mod when SW was considered worst pvp class there was something coming for SWs: a big juicy nerf to fury spec. I'll believe it when I see it. Maybe not even then. Might have to wipe my eyes.

The crit reduction meant more survival for everybody, not just SW. So no, SW did not get improved, it worked across all classes. In relation to everybody else they're still in the same place, dead last.

Just tested it on my 70 alt TR it gave about 20-25% AP at rank 3. If it gives 100% that looks like an exploit of some kind. It supposedly only gives 1% increase at rank 4 so it shouldn't do that much. Also burst damage seems to do more, just hit with at wills and a don't kill it and prob will give less than 20%.
