This is a fairly well-known bug that crops up way too often. Have a buddy invite you to a party, then leave the party (right-click your portrait, leave party). That should fix it.

The campaign task "Investigate Nostura" ate my Elements of Evil but did not get marked completed. Therefore, I can't finish the quest "Defeating Nostura", nor unlock the portal stones or restoration material. I'm now a few days more behind in order to advance the campaign at all.

I'm afraid that's what I'll have to do. I was already a few days behind due to not being able to play a couple of days in the beginning, so this really screws me. I should not have done the first task along the bottom. Oh well, so goes the joys of new content.

Try Options > Gameplay > "restore defaults" button in the lower left corner. This has been reported to work in most of the cases reported in the bug reports.

They have said that they're working on powers that don't proc WE (thankfully!). rgutscheradev said that they're looking at a few weeks after the new mod rollout. Probably not going to happen, but I would hope that they look again at empowered Divine Glow stacking. The "fix" to change the tooltip to match the bug (only proccing once/does not stack with itself) was a big blow. If they do a rework, it would be great to see the intended stacking return.

Don't try pulling them to inventory first, try pulling them from the bank directly into the mail message.

So the (presumably) only way to use the campaign keys is to remove the legendary dragon keys from your inventory via mail.
