My main character is a 3k4 DPS DO DC, yesterday I was in an extremely laggy Svarborg run and half way through I was unable to cast 'Divine glow' or my daily 'flame strike' regardless of which button it was assigned to, I submitted a ticket explaining the situation and switched character for a while, came back to it to give it another try (yeah still dead) so opted to try using other spells so I could at least carry on playing it, this is when I discovered that Chains, Daunting light and Bastion were also not working and in effect killing my ability to play the character at all.
I did a file check from the launcher, I have checked all my key binds and I have checked the spells on my baby dc and everything is in order.
Can anyone give me some sort of idea what the hell has happened, Ive literally sunk all my AD and Zen into this character over the last week or so which has wiped me out and now I can't even play it

Try Options > Gameplay > "restore defaults" button in the lower left corner. This has been reported to work in most of the cases reported in the bug reports.5
