The Way of the Drow Choice Pack is not available to claim from the Rewards Claim Agent, even though it was supposed to be available until December 1.

I am also unable to claim it. Here is the reddit thread, where other people are reporting the same problem. Please fix this and then extend the time to claim it.

The regular Rune Board from the Summer Festival vendor has the same problem. It clips under the ground even when standing still. I suspect it is affecting taller characters. Devs, please make it float a foot higher for everyone.

Please fix the related hidden artisan bug at the same time. Suggestion to fix both bugs at once: don't hide any artisans. Let us keep the Summer Artisan all year. Just hide the Summer Provisioning profession itself, like the Gond profession gets hidden.

The severity depends on which artisan is hidden. The best masterwork Armorer is the one that's hidden for me. :(

Two more players, cluster1022 and bladesfm, are reporting the same bug. I believe oleg175 and firlefanz are also affected by this bug. I still have the bug too. Please fix it.

Artisans are still hidden from the Summer Artisan bug. Please fix this so everyone can participate normally in mastercrafting. My best Armorer is still hidden, and I know I'm not the only one affected.

This bug is still not fixed after today's patch which addressed the Summer Artisan. Not that they said the hidden artisans would be fixed, but I hoped it might be a side effect. tenteijashugan is still reporting the same issue August 9 on another thread.

This bug is still not fixed. My hidden Armorer appeared normally when the Summer Artisans were reset, but now that the event is over, she has been hidden again, and I can't use her.

I suggest mostly the same, but one difference. Do the above, but don't disable the artisan from showing up in the workshop. Just hide the profession between events. I think hiding the Summer Artisan is also what hid the other artisans.
