Seriously? It's 2% damage. Even if Dex did nothing whatsoever, so it was actually a 2% damage difference, it would still be irrelevant. I don't get why exchanging AD for Zen is that different from buying it straight-up with AD. It's hardly even an inconvenience. Unless you also want it to cost less ADs than it currently does?

Good AoE damage would not render CW useless. CW is ranged and has a plethora of CC (both single-target and AoE) to go along with its AoE damage.

You misunderstand. That slot is basically telling you that once you spend 20 points in the tree, you can get powers to rank 3. Before that, they're limited to rank 2.
