17 rogue cloak tower solo

goal one of many completed.. soloed the cloak tower at level, 17 half orc rogue.

664k damage dealt
114k damage taken
about 40 pots (the cheapest)

2 gear upgrades and a good time all around.. was my one goal to complete before pcking up my computer to move this weekend

    Any videos?

    I don't want to be a whistle blower, but I would like to watch.

    Also, how long did it take, and what gear were you wearing?

    This is very weird. I'm also moving soon and I also had this goal in mind before then. O.o

    But I'm going with CW, so I doubt it'll be possible. I'll try anyway.

    Can't say I am in the least bit surprised this was possible. TR is probably the most OP atm.

    no video because I didn't really think to frap it. but 17 half orc rogue for crit damage. greystone legacy dagger, random everything else except 2 rare rings and a necklace. panther helped a good bit. the hardest fight wasn't even the end. it was the caster miniboss at 50% spawning 2 battletested orcs... that was a long fight because I haven't got targettingdown just right yet. collected braced and boot rares as well as 9 lion seals
    I *may have a screenshot of final scoreboard. but like I said.. finished and then packed away computer to move

    Are the seals bound? I was going to make a toon just for farming dungeons, but since there's no shared bank space available yet...

    I don't know. they go on the same inventory page as ardent coins and the bars and such..

    That's unfortunate. Probably means they're bound.

    I tried and succeeded with my TR as well (well, succeeded eventually :mad:). Thanks for the heads up. I didn't realize it would even be doable, but hey it was.

    ok so i finally have internet access again after my move (yay).. and yes, it took roughly an hour/hour and a half. nothing too all that much longer than a standard balanced party (because there was nobody to screw anything up and i had a plan outright from the start and could stealth)

    from everything i'm hearing, its not difficult to do almost any dungeon, even the level 60 epics.

    I tried it with my CW and failed. Did it with my GF though. Man I love potion chugging and a shield.

    I just solo'd it at 16 on my cleric, took like an hour and a half though (and ofc every drop was for TR). If any fights were too hard I would just lure them to an edge and knock em off. The bosses were all simple, although the last boss was tough.

    I actually just soloed CT tonight with my Cleric. Started at 16, turned 17 on the way. I have no idea how much damage dealt or taken, but I drank about 35 or so potions and obviously healed the <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> out of myself. I had a Cleric disciple companion, so she helped with the healing, and I bought a couple epics and rares from the Auction House. Couldn't tell you what they were off the top of my head. I agree, the 2 Battletested Orcs with the first boss was probably the hardest part, although the orc on the bottom floor of the first rocky area was pretty difficult due to his rush attacks. Hard to run and gun when he was moving so fast. Most of my damage was coming from aoes, Sunburst and chains, and then that fire column. It was basically me running away the entire dungeon. I don't know if my Cleric disciple actually did any damage... I would catch 25 damage here and there that may have been coming from her, but her damage output wasn't significant as far as I could tell. I died four times, I think. Anyway, fun time, I'm enjoying this game so far.

    I don't think any character could solo ALL content without exploits. Coming closest is of course the TR for obvious reasons. Coming dead last is the CW, and a CW could not solo most content. Forget about the game..... Hmm this gave me an idea!
