I do and my point stands, all you have to do is drop an aoe to pull them out of stealth.

Yes we know you wish to continue abusing the system but, one there shouldn't be a space for someone to join in late unless you've kicked someone already and two they did the rest of the dungeon so yes they're allowed to roll for the drop.

To add it would seem another (different) rank 1 is able to use the guild bank as intended with other members still unable.

Or you could just mute them, the VTK actually wasn't necessary in your example there. This is the only real argument I can see for keeping VTK in place, and it's really somewhat of a self-solving problem. When you die, you're wasting gold (on injury kits) and time you could be spending actually doing a run. Not many people…

I had also been told that above rank four should be working correctly yet when I tested it myself it didn't matter what rank I set my alts too, if I didn't dish out withdraw privileges no one could deposit.

To amend that last statement it would seem that despite being able to deposit for the last two days, the aforementioned rank 1 can no longer deposit either.

Why not just remove VTK altogether? All it does is cause problems. If you don't like your group composition from the start, leave. As for afkers, implement the pvp afk kick.
