Members unable to donate into Guild Bank Repositories

My guild has been having sporadic issues in which they cannot make deposits into any of the repositories or one repository and not any other. One guild mate said that he first had to make a deposit into his personal bank and then the guild bank issue corrected itself.

They are saying that the deposit "x" button is lit up and when pressed, their inventory does open, but all items are grayed out.

I have checked, double checked, and triple checked permissions to verify that they are correct.

The issue is very sporadic, but extremely inconvenient for us considering that we have paid 900,000 hard earned diamonds for three slots.

Subject: Guildmates are not able to deposit into Repository X.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Interact with guild banker.
2. Select desired repository.
3. Choose empty slot.
4. Press "X" to deposit.
5. See that all inventory items are grayed out.
6. Confirm that you have proper permissions.
Bug: When granted proper permissions, members cannot deposit item(s) into Guild Bank repositories.
Note: The bug is guild-wide except for Rank 7 member(s)...?

    My guild is in the same boat dude, we are just about to open our 7th vault (so that is a lot of AD investment) and this problem has been ongoing for ages. We submitted a ticket a long time ago about it.

    I did as well, and was instructed to post here to get player feedback and help.

    My guild doesn't have quite 1 million invested yet, but until the issue is resolved; I can't ask my guild to contribute donating to something that doesn't work.
