ok to get the unified elements to show up in alchemy you must do the expermentation to get the recipe to pop.. it should pop on the first try
And to my post earlier about me losing my gear, being pissed off that I am asked to delete my toon because of bug errors that was reported could happen in the patch notes.
I am totally sorry for going off the deep end and that this happened to my character.
The preview server is what it is.. a testing server to find these sort of bugs, I am still upset that i spent the last couple of weeks getting my character to 70 and 4 professions maxed 25 rank though. it's alot to delete.. many players have had to restart their paladins a few times because of errors and bugs to the new class..
Devs just keep working on it and we all cant wait to play this on live server. (just fix the black holes in the character gear and we will be very happy )
We got a new source of RaD though which seems to be quite easy to earn -
20 Unicorn seals gets you 1720 RaD (random number lol) ?
20 Drake seals gets you 3000 RaD.
That's not a new source. Seals always have AD values because they can be used to buy salvageable items.
Invocation has been reworked. The best rewards now come from subsequent uses instead of the first time each day.
Quick feedback on this if it's not already been mentioned. Current invoking on preview is a two-step process. Pressing the invoke key/button brings up the reward list then you need to do it a second time to get the reward.

They prolly made it a two-step process as an anti-bot feature, so doubtful they will make it one-step again.

SW stealth is not working as intended, SW daze can't be aplyed, SW immunity isn't working.
SW Hadar Grasp is overpowered, pls nerf it, it doing too much more damage than intended, it now hit for absurd 900 damage and 1800 critcal, pls it's too much damage for a lv 60 encounter, cut it 4x like CW got. Ahh hadar grasp is unslotable so it's cool now, very usefull Keep the good work
Gauntlgrym PvP: Has been updated to a 10v10 player PvP Domination match. The map now supports levels 60-70 and bolsters to level 70. The buffs for capturing points, catapults and the giant have been removed.
So.. what will happen to the current Gauntlgrym PvP Campaign? will the objectives change? will it get reset? and what about the rewards?
I'm curious will players be refunded the AD that they were previously forced to pay to unlock these dungeons?
I'm pretty sure there will be no refund. But it would be honest to grant whoever character unlocked the dungeon an appropriate number of the new special keys (5 per unlock, as the current price per key is roughly a fifth of what the dungeon unlock costs).
I am fairly new to Neverwinter and to posting in general. So if I am doing this in the wrong way please let me know.
I was looking at the Class Balance update in the Dev tracker Dated 02-27-15
I can not see anything about " Storm Warden " in my Class features for my Hunter Ranger. Or Storm anything for that matter.
Did I miss another post. Am I looking in the wrong place for this.
I just made 65 with my Hunter Ranger and I got a new power and their is nothing about a Storm. I want try and re-build him as best as I can for runnuing in Mod 6.

If i woudnt have those boons or the opressive darkness class feature, my damage would be almost non existant. I did a bunch of duelist flurry on a friend of mine, we both are lvl 70 and i did 300-1000 dmg. My dazing strike hit for around 3-6k dmg. Im just saying, most of the damage comes from 1 class feature and the rest is just boons and the mechanics of the class (TR).

On a positive note, some of the changes to the Stat boons was great. even the ones that were just flat increases of 2x or 3x are beneficial and give them more value.
However currently the changes to some of the boons is insanely broken in PvP .
Elven Ferocity (the sharandar boon) Is dealing more damage than the actual players attacks, and potentially one shotting people at level 60.
Fey thistle is also causing people to die just from attacking someone with it in 4-5 hits, because of its huge damage increase.
The healing boons such as enraged regrowth, are healing people to full in a few seconds from <10% hp because of the incoming healing bonuses.
Perhaps a simple cap on its damage so it deals either 20,000, or 20% of its targets max hp. Whichever is lower. This would mean that over 100k hp you'd still take 20,000 dmg, but below this you would take less. (10,000 at 50k hp, 5,000 at 25k hp)
Fey thistle needs a damage nerf and/or an ICD of 1-2 seconds added. I saw a rogue kill himself in one duelists flurry earlier on IWD preview vs another rogue in ITC.
I have also started a discussion thread regarding boons in the main forum of preview.
I can just say that IF opressive darkness is gonna proc from 12-20K from each dagger a TR throw at their enemy in pvp, there will be only TRs left in domination. I just had my BiS GWF with r12s and mytical arifacts and 120K hp dead in 3, THREE! Seconds.
First dagger 20K Opressive Darkness, then Elven Ferocity proced for 45K + the daggers dmg. So 70K dagger then 3-4 more dagger and it was over.
Seriously The Piercing Dmg MUST respect tenacity or just rework it as you did with the HR piercing blades. Cus this is no fun for anyone except maybe some bad TRs that think they are HAMSTER now. The Good TRs however despite this silly class feature.
piercing dmg should be completly removed from game and replaced with physical dmg that respect all defenses, seriously piercing dmg causes way too much imbalance between classes.
Ofc is should be totaly removed, but i dont think the devs will do it. Thats whay i said they must rework it.

Out of curiosity... I haven't been on tge preview yet, but with the new invoking system, do we still get celestial and ardent coins?
These are still attached to the first invoke of the day, so they're essentially unaffected and you can still get them on days you have no time to play.
Yes, 1 Duelist flurry can suck up the whole HP of a target, but only because of 1 class feature and **** tons of boons proccing, to suck away 100k hp without beeing in stealth and benefitting from opressive darkness we would need around 40 duelist flurries to get the job done, we probably wouldnt even get the job done because we would be dead from all the fey thistle proccing on us. I think its abit dumb that boons and just 1 class feature is doing all the work, and encounters/at-will/dailies doesnt even leave a scratch on the target.

I'm also fairly annoyed about the funds I wasted on dungeon and skirmish unlocks, particularly on characters where I was working towards being completionist but never actually, you know, like, uh... ran the content yet.
More than the AD (easy come, easy go), the wasted scrolls and secrets that I could have spent on the everloving boon books is just flippin' galling.
I just chatted with a few folks to confirm. We are still evaluating and balancing the AD sources and how much they can provide. Also, it was really obnoxious that Neverember was a separate person who gave dailies and wasn't available to talk to anywhere like Rhix was.
Your prerogative when a game feature is user-unfriendly should be to look at ways of making it more user-friendly, not removing the feature when it is a factor to player income.
This is a blow to your players who prefer to spend their time in PvP and Foundry instead of endlessly running dungeons, where those little-more-than-weekly AD boosts were a welcome addition. Don't soft-pedal it or try to frame it as improvement because "well... nobody liked climbing the stairs anyway".
If it's about the proliferation of AFKing for GG PvE, make minimal participation a requirement. Retrieve a harness or something. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater, you know?
But! Apparently we can all fulfill the daily dungeon just by running Pirate King forever. Because that's certainly fun and not at all tedious.
I also seem to have an answer to why dungeon doors were removed, because if any dungeon at all is good for a daily dungeon, then we have to kill the ability to walk into a dungeon solo. I suggest that you reconsider removing the doors, and make any epic dungeon qualify for players level 60+, while any non-epic is good for players below 60 instead. I am very upset about the option to walk in and solo dungeons being removed.
Keep in mind that your queues have been saddled with many problems over the years, sending people into broken instances and all. The door has been a key solution in keeping your content playable when the queues are misbehaving.
45-50K Dailys is still a ton of dmg, and with 1m cd on mytihcal aritfact + cloak its pretty many dailys.
But yes its dumb and the TR needs a new rework i guess.

I wouldnt mind it if Piercing only ignored DR from defence, and not from AC/buffs, or even the other way around, ignored DR from AC, but not from defence. at least then It'd be manageable and tanks with higher AC/defence would still take less from it. Truth be told though even if it was just extra normal damage its still free damage.
Piercing damage should act as normal damage in PVP just like black ice damage acted as normal damage. PvP needs a balance. Tanks should be able to take a hit since they do lower damage. Giving tanks all this extra defense looks nice on paper, but in reality it just doesnt work for PvP. With everyone having piercing damage there is no reason to have a tank. They are just punching bags with larger than normal HP pools. They pose little to no threat at all. Piercing damage is fine in PVE for those times someone may not have enough armor pen to completely bypass somethings dr.

I would be more worried on HRs for M6 tbh. Massive lifesteal %, perma daze/root. TRs will be a past nightmare in comparison.
You can craft them using Alchemy and they also are supposed to be a random quest reward in some of the new zones.

Meanwhile DCs are also kinda DamageDealer (WTF??!),
CWs ain´t controlling "anything" anymore but became a High DPS Class
...and so on.
Change the base stats to fit the role!

This screenshot was taken at level 60 against a level 60. we were scaled to 70, but of course our HP was not due to the gear we had on.
