Classes and Balance
    • General: Boons: Many boons have been updated to use the new stat scaling and damage values.
    • General: Power Slots: Dailies: Second Daily power slot is unlocked at level 10 (down from 18).
    • General: Power Slots: Encounters: Third Encounter power slot is unlocked at level 6 (down from 7).
    [*]Control Wizard
    • Arcane Power Field: Damage has been raised roughly 4 times its current amount.
    • Arcane Power Field: This class feature now properly benefits from your weapon damage.
    [*]Devoted Cleric
    • Warding Flare: This power now correctly consumes Divine Power in Divine mode.
    • Great Weapon Fighter
    • Grand Fissure: Tooltip damage no longer looks at the wrong power. Tooltip should now accurately reflect the damage of this power. This is just a tooltip change.
    • Unstoppable: The temporary Hit Points granted by unstoppable now scale with your damage bonuses and will persist after unstoppable ends.
    [*]Guardian Fighter
    • Bull Charge: This power now grants 50% increased damage resistance for 3 seconds when activated.
    • Enforced Threat: This power now activates twice as fast.
    • Griffon's Wrath: Now correctly gets a 4th charge at rank 4.
    • Iron Warrior: This power now grants 30% damage resistance in addition to its other effects.
    • Lunging Strike: This power now grants 50% increased damage resistance for 3 seconds when activated.
    • Swordmaster: Steel Blitz: Knight's Valor should no longer cause Steel Blitz to trigger on allies.
    • Villain's Menace: This power now grants 20% damage resistance in addition to its other effects.
    [*]Hunter Ranger
    • Stormwarden: Cold Steel Hurricane: Damage increased by roughly 200%.
    • Stormwarden: Storm Step Action: This class feature should no longer improperly trigger more times than intended with some dailies.
    [*]Oathbound Paladin
    • Paladin Justice tree feats are now available for testing.
    • Sacred Weapon: Now deals its damage over 3 hits (down from 5) and deals about 20% more damage overall.
    • Valorous Strike: This power now takes a step forward when used to step up to enemies.
    [*]Scourge Warlock
    • Hand of Hadar : The curse consume on this power has been reworked. No increases duration by 50% (down from 100%) but applies Crushed Spirit each time it ticks. Crushed Spirit reduces the defenses of the target by 3% for each stack the target has. This debuff lasts 2 seconds and is refreshed by new stacks of Crushed Spirit.
    • Hand of Hadar: The encounter power "Hand of Hadar" has been renamed "Hadar's Grasp".
    • Soulbinder: Burning Soul: This power now correctly increases your damage as expected.
    • Soulbinder: Dust to Dust: This class feature now correctly works as expected. Rank up bonus has been improved to .4% per spark (up from .04% per spark).
    [*]Trickster Rogue
    • Blade Flurry: Now properly goes on cooldown after 4 uses.
    • Oppressive Darkness: Damage bonus reduced by 50%.
    • Oppressive Darkness: When you have combat advantage your At Wills and Encounter powers deal additional piercing damage to the target.
    • Shocking Execution: This powers tooltip message now mentions that player's killed by this power cannot be revived.
    • Talisman of Shadows: Instead of increasing the duration after each rank up, increase the radius.



    Content and Environment
    • Dungeon Dalies have been reworked! They no longer require specific content to complete.
    • Dungeons and Skirmishes
      • Cragmire Crypt: Reduced the total amount of enemies in this dungeon.
      • Epic Cragmire Crypts, Gray Wolf Den, Temple of the Spider: Set the required gear rating to 1900.
      • Epic Tuern Skirmish, Epic Lair of Lostmauth, Malabog's Castle, Valindra's Tower: Removed campaign / intro quest requirements from this skirmish. Set min. level to 70 and map level to 71.
      • Epic Tuern Skirmish, Lair of Lostmauth, Malabog's Castle, Valindra's Tower, Kessell's Retreat: Set the required gear rating to 1700.
      • Kessell's Retreat: Removed other requirements to get in, including the Black Ice resistance requirement. Set min. level to 70 and map level to 71.
    • Elemental Evil new zones will now autogrant their handoff quests when entered if the Intro quests have been completed. This should resolve some issues with characters not being able to get quests in these new zones.
    • Fiery Pit: Many quests have had their text clarified, waypoints adjusted as well as other fixes.
    • Gauntlgrym PvP: Has been updated to a 10v10 player PvP Domination match. The map now supports levels 60-70 and bolsters to level 70. The buffs for capturing points, catapults and the giant have been removed.
    • Lord Neverember no longer grants daily quests.
    • Many Vigilance quests will now properly reset and be offered every hour or when abandoned.
    • Neverember: Added a lvl 70 reward quest to Neverember that grants player a new cape and the title of Emissary of Neverwinter. Updated the text on Neverember's advisers to work with new 60+ content flow.
    • Pvp: Characters remain on map for 15 seconds following logout
    • Updated the Boo petting animation.

    Enemies
    • Cragmire Crypt
      • Increased Kallos Tam's damage output by increasing fire rate of his gravebolt and increasing the cooldown on his splats.
      • Kallos Tam now summons three waves of skeletons in smaller amounts to spread out the amount of enemies at one time.
      • Made the Adventurer's encounter powers not instant recharge in dungeons
      • Traven Blackdagger's firebomb should now force critters other than Traven to try to run out of it.
    • Many enemies now have updated costumes! This includes Hags, Sea Trolls and Slaad... Slaads. Sladdi?

    Items and Economy
    • Injury Kits: These may now be slotted in your potion belt.
    • Tranquil Enchantments: The amount of Hit Points gained has increased starting at Rank 8 and up by about double with Rank 12 giving 2400.
    • Usable random items now drop at levels 60-70 instead of often not meeting the level requirements. This will cause many 'Black Holes' where items were deleted on the playtest server. Players can delete the character and re-import if an item slot is affected in this way.

    User Interface
    • Invocation has been reworked. The best rewards now come from subsequent uses instead of the first time each day.
    • Paladin Bar: The bar now goes to 100% and fades to 25% transparency when all three pips are full and the player can't gain any more pips. Also, when all three pips are full and the player is in combat, all pips get a pulsing glow.

      Better start working on the GG PVP campaign, because in a 10v10 most objectives will be much harder to reach now.

      I'm curious will players be refunded the AD that they were previously forced to pay to unlock these dungeons?

      Oh my, more nerf to getting AD with the best rewards coming later on from invocation and no Neverember dailies. I'm slightly concerned, but I won't be alarmed until I see it on live, maybe we get different opportunities other than these.

      The new KR requirement pretty much means ICW is useless content and new players have yet one less source of AD and content to play with until they hit level 70 and meet the new Item Level requirement instead of the BI resistance requirement which costs them nothing but the efforts to get Black Ice.

      I can see the trend here is to make new level 60 players not going to get much AD. They probably think the 24k rough AD daily limit is too much.

      I just chatted with a few folks to confirm. We are still evaluating and balancing the AD sources and how much they can provide. Also, it was really obnoxious that Neverember was a separate person who gave dailies and wasn't available to talk to anywhere like Rhix was.

      hello question why on wod npc shows my old artifact offhand can obtain from equipment tab and the elemental fire talisman from linus favor tab for 15 linus favor? why the cloaks names are greater? we need answer to that many poeple dont refine artifacts equipments for that reason.

      sounds good, was annoying to have to check him everyday. Lets have new dailies with RP :)

      Panderus, why are we getting new lv 70 artifact gear and not more ranks like was promised before. It would be nice to have a post from you or another Dev explaining the future of artifact gear and addressing our concerns with our RP being wasted in these lv 60 artifacts

      No. They are not the same Your current level 60 artifact cloaks have lower stats than the new level 70 ones. The new one is GREATER, or your current one is lesser, depending on how you look at it...

      I guess my Paladin's borked then. It's got a bunch of "black holes" to the point that my game crashes when I log in with it.

      And I can't exactly copy a Paladin from the live server, so goodbye to my lvl 70 Paladin that I've been enjoying testing out and trying to give feedback on. Thanks a lot.

      EDIT: oh thank god they fixed the preview character deletion bug!

      Not an option to re-import a paladin. Oh well, shields, boots, and helmets are for wimps anyway!!! :eek:

      I agree with the inconvenience of not grabbing the quests he gave like the dailies Rix gives, indeed. I'm looking forward to a new set implemented to replace them, I've only 4 characters, so I haven't been farming ad with 50 invokers like some I know, so the small dailies (Neveremebr's 8k AD domination was bliss) amounted to my daily riches, which mostly were 2-5k AD over the daily refining limit anyway.

      the question is simple since 2 weeks we dont get an answer on that and now appears and greater cloaks and etc.and also do you noticed maybe it give more stats but keeps the same exactly bonus? try to see a green cloak vs the greater cloak they have the same bonus as green. example greater cloak of black ice give 1% action points every 3 sec old black ice cloak give the same bonus.
