This is a high-end build, ergo quite expensive, long grind and requires skill to play.

I'm such a slob when recording matches and my machine isn't up to par either, but I make do. This is the first video I ever made in my life so go easy on the comments!
That said, the Reflect TR is just as much an immortality build as any. In this video I demonstrate all of the above theories and whatnot. I was fortunate enough to have fought single matches, 2v1, 3v1, and even 4v1 all in the same game! And it was no ordinary mismatched PuGstomp. The enemy was in fact great--perhaps too great that their perma made two GWF in my team quit. However, this video was not about PuG teams but rather performing the intended role of a Reflect TR in domination: contesting. I would leave soulforged, halfdead enemies that are easy-pickings to my teammates, moving from node to node capturing bases, controlling the battlefield and occasionally scoring a kill. It was incredibly fun to play. Enjoy!

The build is not affected by upcoming changes to Bilethorn Enchantment. Duelist Flurry is not a core necessity in Deflect Builds, as you well know.

(update: 7/11/2014) Disclaimer: By my standards, high end is the top 10 pages of PvP Leaderboards. Nowhere in this post before did I mention the "premade sandbox." (update: 7/13/2014) But if you insist, may this satisfy your curiosity: http://www.youtube.com/embed/MqCvB7ym29g?rel=0

As of Module 3, this only alternate Combat Build that works in high-end PvP.
Performs the same role of PermaStealth to contest nodes and always engage two to three people. Does effectively well against the GWF and HR.

Here is my latest Scoundrel setup for a spike damage dealing variant of this build. It deals higher damage burst + DoT on my daily, plus very high AP gen paired with high recovery. This setup takes advantage of Action Rush+Silvery Enchantment on offense slots.

This build has some srs potential. Have you tried it so far? Would really, really, really love to see a video. If you manage to pull this off you're my hero. I'm tired of being forced to perma stealth since module 2 X.X
PS: That's the most HP I've ever seen, literally. Is it possible to reach 50K?
I've had exactly 24 hours to playtest it on live domination and I was totally having the time of my life! Yes it's possible to rack 50K HP in OPvP. At least 5x Rank 9 Radiant Enchantments on gear, 3x on your augment companion and 1x Empowered Runestone on companion defense slot. ^^
*chokes*
UPD Also, why cruelt reward? Just pick Thril of the kill and call it a day xD

cant wait for the vid
btw how does that black ice drain work.
i wonder if he can kill dc,hr,gwf perma or just stall
great job.
But still think perma tr or hybrids, will be better
Black Ice consumption wasn't as bad as I dreaded. It only counts combat hours. I haven't been using the scrimshaw salves at all, and the last time I empowered 3/6 of my equipment was last week and they still have about 2-3 hours on them.
thats nice to hear,
and how much time and ad does it take to get the purified gear
Time is extremely variable, because you're limited by getting BoP RNG drops for the basic bracers and main hand weapon. There's already plenty written about this all over the forums.
But you're also looking at 35 days of campaign to be able to level the crafting up to upgrade all the gear pieces, no way to accelerate it. 1 day 18 hours per item to make the torso piece and weapon set if you just allow the timers to play out without rushing. So you have quite a bit of time to collect black ice and try for those drops.

If any of my toons would ever be lucky enough to get the gloves drop, I may be able to replicate this
So Rust is HP better to stack than defense in defense slots. I have a build similar but I've gone defense in slots
,just wondering how much better.Because when I get hit by an enemy...feels like i was hit by a bus.
Any advice would be nice
In my opinion once you hit the soft cap margin of defense around 2500, HP is the way to go. Other stats besides HP are affected by diminishing returns, whereas HP is affected by the Toughness feat: 9% more HP from all sources. It's often missed that one Radiant Enchantment Rank 7 doesn't give you 740 HP, it gives you 807 HP because of the Heroic Feat.
thanks for this juicy info!

With 19 constitution you have 18% more hp not 9%.

It's good of you to raise this matter so that I may help clarify. Constitution gives 2% increased base HP per point spent above 10. Wherein Toughness feat affects all sources of HP including base HP by 9%. Another interesting finding you might like is that it's not simply 9%, but 9.8%.
I've made the following attachment to better demonstrate this behavior. (click thumbnail to expand)

@tods I'm glad you liked it. Hopefully we will be moving forward with new builds.
Will also try to drag some of my geared permastealth buddies for this as I myself is a traditional battle rogue and would like to see how it performs agains both types :P
