Got an e-mail today with a key for 2 free levels, random epic weapon, and greater stone of health. Tried to redeem it and get "There was an error processing your request. Please try again."

I get this error with the redeem key which I get from "Free Levels in Neverwinter!" mail. Come Back Now! and stuff... Doesn't work.

Add another to the list. Tried earlier today and just tried again. Still broke. You wouldn't think this would be too hard but it seems to be a common issue for them.
. . . . . Did you go to the Reward Agent and claim it? The Reward Agent has all the stuff you've entered codes for, waiting for you to claim and even reclaim should you toss something and decide you want it later. Head in the direction Sergeant Knox is facing, through the tunnel under the Temple of Tyr, and past the dude that gave you your peasant garb, and you'll run straight into the Rewards Agent.

1 week of trying to get it to work, 1 week of unable to do so.
I entered mine and it was successful but once in game there was no confirmation message or mail and the npc doesn't offer me anything other than that which I could claim anyway as a founder.

Check the other tabs on the vendor. Forgot which one it was.

Ah yes thanks, it was the Promo Tab and had to select the option twice to get the items. Glad I asked and thanks again for the swift and helpful reply

I'm having the same issue as well. Mine shows up listed under everything else I have redeemed in the past so I know it worked. It's not showing up in the game though.
