I have exactly one complaint. The exploiters have not been properly and permanently banned for violations of Terms of Service. The acts that they committed are so egregious that even the most inexperienced MMO company would permaban these folks for life. A 72 hour ban? How do you, Perfect World, JUSTIFY this?
The exploiters are bragging about only getting a 72 hour ban and none of their ill-gotten gains were confiscated by PWE. In the meantime, honest customers lost items they PAID for legitimately through Zen or Founders Packs, or simply through in game legal means. This is the epitome of having handled a situation so poorly that they have a 400 page response full of very angry, paying customers. All of the good will built up is thoroughly lost and a very solid open beta is a loss.
The money I had intended to spend for this game? Not a chance. All of this could have been solved with a gutsy decision to wipe the server before launch and an aggressive fix of all of the exploits prior to relaunch. Instead? A lazy solution made by a lazy company who are too busy patting their own backs at how clever they are to even make a rational attempt at real customer service (customer service by e-mail? really?). The money I had slated to spend on this game will go elsewhere I want nothing to do with this.
Go and calculate your real world losses for this, gentlemen.
I legitimately bought a cat yesterday morning, got it to level 15 before the servers were abruptly shut down, and now I've got to start all over again.
I'm just waiting to transfer my Zen to AD to get started.
They should have noticed something was up when people paid the equivalent of $200 in zen/ad for a t3 weapons. People have been doing this since closed beta and it's the only reason the zen market is what it is

I remember when the STO forum threads would blow up in Cryptic's face and approach 400 pages.

So why did the Auction House Bug I submitted on 11 May 2013 get deleted from my tickets last night? And it say that I dont have access to it anymore from the support page? Did you not think that I have copies in my email that you auto send to everyone?? I think you need to expedite my refund quickly.

Good luck. I emailed to request a refund a week ago, before this newest nonsense. Still haven't gotten a reply other than the auto-response saying they've received it.

Expect a reply that they lost your ticket BUT that it is now marked "Resolved" so everything is fine

Really. If this was reported many times, what exactly is this 7 hour rollback going to accomplish? What did you find one person that did this in the 7 hours and that's the slam dunk fix? Roll that persons account backwards?
WIPE THE SERVER or give us some new ones to play on where the economy isn't jacked out the gate.
...and the great wall of silence from PWE continues. I want to know why these exploiters are even allowed back in the game. Oh yeah, right...you guys want our money more than to run a balanced MMO that also is fun and profitable. Pay to win rears its ugly head again.

Hi Im selling yesterday in auction all my Rank 7 enchants + weapon enchants + armor enchants all my property was in that enchants now I havent items and I havent money from that trade !!! I LOSE MORE THAN ONE MILION AD in material !! Give me AD or give me me back my enchants ! Im totaly in bankrot.

From what i read and understand is anything that was on the AH will still be there or returned to you when it is fixed.

Are people really complaining about them rolling back 12 hours or a day? Jeez. It's not that big of a deal... you can play some more. Stop being spoiled gamers. It seems that's all there are these days.. spoiled, whiney, gamers. You realize that A.) This is still technically beta without character wipes and B.) Allowing the economy of the game to remain in a messed up state that it got in to because of people *EXPLOITING* a bug would significantly hurt the game and the rest of the players not exploiting. If you want to get your nerd rage on, get mad at the people who took advantage of the bug in the first place. After all, *they* are the ones who caused this... rather than reporting the bug(as one should do in beta.. and yes, there will always be bugs.. beta or not.. in EVERY MMO), they used it. Tsk tsk. Perma-bans for the exploiters in my opinion.

All servers are going to be merged into one big server. There is no such thing as a "clean" server.
Won't matter. Cryptic/PW wants to roll all of the servers into one big server in the near future.

So i take it this Exploit has been pandemic across all 3 servers then or some just more than other's.
The exploit was most likely accessible from any server since it's an oversight or bug with the code, be it client or server side.
However, I don't know if the AH is across all servers or if each server has it's own.
