    My launcher just says, "Patching" with the option to cancel, but the cancel button doesn't work. Do't see that as an option for problems. I uninstalled, reinstalled and still can't get it to work. What do?

    Yea same I've tried to log in several times all with the que not really budging it just and when it does its to move me to 70k in line then back down.

    Typo in the trademark info on the launcher screen. Should be Dungeons & Dragons, but reads Gungeons & Dragons

    ok ive already had the problem with the patching not fixing so i hit the control alt delete buttions and took a look at the windows task manager and looked under processes and there was a game client.exe and crypticerror.exe Make sure to end both processes because u will not patch if u do not because it see's that ur running like 2 or more game clients hope this helps some


    Give it like 5 mins to start patching

    Can someone plz help me. I get Patient Tried connecting 1 times for 5 sec before launcher opens, then I log in, click force verify and I get error 36. I got new launcher, and I run in administrator, I also allowed access to both neverwinter launcher and the game client into my firewall. I still cant get the game to open

    Once I ended Gameclient.exe it took moments for it to get past Patching.

    fixed the launcher..been waiting 20min in queue now at 5.4k+..paid 50$ just to wait in queue???

    You paid 60 for guaranteed and early access to beta. It says beta on on the launch screen.

    i downloaded the new Neverwinter.exe but when i log in my account it need to patch another 2.6Gb again is there a new patch or something it seems like all the patch i Dl'd never saves pls help :(

    The patchclient got a message while it was in a state with no response function


    anyone knows what is going on ?????

    down to 600+ in queue then got thrown back into the logon screen!!!!

    i Downloaded the new launcher but still getting errors. can't connect :(

    The new launcher will not run on Windows 8. I can't even run it as administrator, or even in compatibility mode!!

    still getting crashes when I try to login. Worked fine on my laptop!!

    Reinstalled and got the new neverwinter.exe. Arghhh

    Ran as Windows XP. Now downloading over 6gb instead of 4gb? Wth? Like before when I made EU proxy but this one is much faster.

    I had an issue where the launcher went through several errors then stuck on "patching." I DL the .exe file and replaced original but it did nothing. I then simply disabled "on-demand patching." Steps on how to below. Hope this helps.

    1. Open laucher
    2. login
    3. click "options" in the upper right hand corner
    4. IN dialog box, click the option that says, "Disable on-damand patching"
    5. Click save/ok
    6. Close launcher if it doesnt restart on its own.
    7. Login and see if it is will patch

    I have already replaced .exe file as suggested by tech support in case someone is wondering

    all the launching and everything worked fine for me..but is it normal to sit in the queue for 30+ min?

    30 min queue is fast atm.. few hours agou it was a 2 hour queue..
