Well, you won't get answers here. Example... Recently, lost ark started on the "west". And, well, central eu server was too busy. So they opened the new server for europe. But people there could start only from scratch. There wasn't "change the server" option. And neverwinter is even older game. And, afaik, zax offers raised to 1000 ad per zen on your's server. It's just too overcomplicated. BTW did you even try to play on this "american" server ?!? We from west/central europe sometimes have a huge lag and you're even far away.

I began playing this game in 2014. I am a guild leader, and over the years I have played through the ups and downs. I understand this forum does not get the traffic it used to and that maybe Cryptic believes what happens here does not matter for that reason, but I also know there is a community manager who reads this stuff and that person has a professional and ethical obligation to tend to these kinds of posts. There is also a new company (Embracer) that owns this production studio, and the owners of that company have been on record donating relief to the people of Ukraine.
Despite this show at the top, that apparently is not enough cover for Cryptic Studios to respond to the OP of this thread here or in private, let alone put together a public statement on the war. There is no excuse for not responding to this person privately. People on this forum ask for and say a lot of stupid garbage and that garbage gets mod responses.
Never, never have I read a more righteous and reasonable request on this forum than the one the OP is making, and yet, no response?
Shame on the moderators here for saying nothing. Shame on the devs for ignoring one of the most worthwhile requests ever made in this forum. So last friday I asked what was wrong... She is ukrainian (could have guessed with her slight "east european" accent, but I wasn't sure and never asked her origins before). She wasn't getting much sleep, rivetted on medias and social medias to get news, crying a lot, worrying about her family (she has no news since more than a week from her 2 brothers who were living near Mariupol. Her mother, sister and 2 nephews made it safely to Moldavia some days ago). Quite a reminder that this war is much closer than it seems, and that we should be very concerned and help.

It's way worse to not respond than to say "no, not possible currently" (privately or publicly). It feels like Cryptic can't assume any answer.
In the end, this thread just shows that no one associated with the company really follows the forums. Far too little gets addressed in these forums any more. Probably why fewer posts are made as compared to the past. They don't read the forums and we have grown accustomed to the lack of engagement.

You need make a petition, get as many friends and players from RU server to sign petition, and then present it to staff/company managers and etc.
That petition will represent a lot of players, then this situation would be taken differently.

But there is also problem with this account transfer. Have you thought that Russians will migrate allong other players? Which end up all in one server.. And IP filters will not stop players, it never did.
Also account transfer from dryder server to dragoon server essentially means to shut down Dryder server. Which may end up as both server merging to one.

When the Russian nation is attacking the Ukrainian nation, the members of the Russian nation can't distance themselves from the atrocities by saying it is the leadership. The Russians are part of their nation and in this case have to stand by it. It is their taxes, their sons, and their votes being used to wage an aggressor war.
If they are unhappy about it, they need to find a way to elect a new leadership that has a policy better suited to their preferences, and get rid of Putin.

From very moment such feature gets operational, most drider playebase sumbit request to transfer accounts to dragoon ( international) server.. Which mean Russians will migrated to Dragoon server too.
The system for submited request will be automated, cuz the quantity of request would be high enough for publisher( perfect world inc west) to verify for half year. That's including fact they would had ignore support service tickets which covers not just Neverwinter but all other ARC client games..

To hide/mask your true IP is easy thing in these days. Enough to use VPN and staff would see that player is not from russia, so they had to transfer account..
Also even now I know over 20 russian who play in Dragoon server.
So this account transfer thing will end up as Drider( russian) and Dragoon( International) servers merging. Cuz game publisher would not keep one server full and other nearly empty.
So what the point for them even bother with one or two players account transfer if that would lead to both server merging anyways??
The whole point is create pannic that Cryptic/Perfect world may shut down sever, and discourage players log in to Drider server, and since it become less and less populated, thats lead to it's shut down..

Players question companies moral stands and demand that they either ban Russian players and shut down localised servers. And if they don't do that, they get called as supporting Russian policy.
The game publishers do not particiapte in such threads, they don't want get involved in polical stuffs.. So no wonder they do not replay here.

First, there is no official statement from staff that they would close/shut down Drider( russian server).. Yet you try make motion as it would happen that..
Second:
Account transfer, there where request for such feature two years ago. Yet it was decided not implement due various reasons.
So there is no account transfer so far, not as like coppy whole stuffs you had in one sever and move to other..
If that feature( account trasnfer) gets implemented, then it would lead to Dragoon( international) and Drider( Russian) servers being merge in to one.
That't not good buisness for company.
I even wrote you, if you want account transfer you need bring pettition. That would represent group of players for same goal. Yet you didn't do that.
I also want to mention, I know dozen players from Ukraine, they reliquished any connection to Drider server and star fresh start in Dragoon server..

Then claiming that this issue, is technical not political.. The technical problem would be if you have very high latency or can't even log in to the game, nonstop disconnections. And thats not the case, the real reason is to tranfer account from one server to other due political reasons..

It is very bad that you have encountered part of the war in your daily life. You are again trying to manipulate))) by mixing two separate comments from different people.
I repeat, I just wanted an answer to a specific question, and I was outraged only by the ignore (the activity of the manager on the forum during this time is quite high).

Lets see.. You took Reddit thread, where some ask/demand Cryptic/Perfect world to shut down russian server.
And respond from moderator where that game have nothing to do with in Ukraine..
This reddit topic where created not by staff, so it's not official, and it's not a word about shutting down russian server..
Yet you still press the question can staff transfer your account from russian server to Dragoon( international).
Then next your next post.
With comment realated to redddit topic you should understood that there is no official stand for either shut down russian server or not.. Yet you try create motion as it would be like that..
Now thing what is obvious, if staff would say they can't implement such feature, you will call them Russian supporters..

And here is other thing, if account transfer feature gets implemented here what will happens.
From very moment such feature gets operational, most drider playebase sumbit request to transfer accounts to dragoon ( international) server.. Which mean Russians will migrated to Dragoon server too.
The system for submited request will be automated, cuz the quantity of request would be high enough for publisher( perfect world inc west) to verify for half year. That's including fact they would had ignore support service tickets which covers not just Neverwinter but all other ARC client games..
You wrote. To hide/mask your true IP is easy thing in these days. Enough to use VPN and staff would see that player is not from russia, so they had to transfer account..
Also even now I know over 20 russian who play in Dragoon server.
So this account transfer thing will end up as Drider( russian) and Dragoon( International) servers merging. Cuz game publisher would not keep one server full and other nearly empty.
So what the point for them even bother with one or two players account transfer if that would lead to both server merging anyways??
The whole point is create pannic that Cryptic/Perfect world may shut down sever, and discourage players log in to Drider server, and since it become less and less populated, thats lead to it's shut down..

Also in last 5 days I visited some of my previous played games.. I found similar situation there too. Some threads which moderators didn't delete where similar that what @hydramist176#3517 posted here..
Players question companies moral stands and demand that they either ban Russian players and shut down localised servers.
And if they don't do that, they get called as supporting Russian policy.
The game publishers do not particiapte in such threads, they don't want get involved in polical stuffs.. So no wonder they do not replay here.

I did not raise the issue of closing the server here and I will not (this is not the competence of Cryptic Studios).

First, there is no official statement from staff that they would close/shut down Drider( russian server)..
Yet you try make motion as it would happen that..
Second:
Account transfer, there where request for such feature two years ago. Yet it was decided not implement due various reasons.
So there is no account transfer so far, not as like coppy whole stuffs you had in one sever and move to other..
If that feature( account trasnfer) gets implemented, then it would lead to Dragoon( international) and Drider( Russian) servers being merge in to one.
That't not good buisness for company.
I even wrote you, if you want account transfer you need bring pettition. That would represent group of players for same goal. Yet you didn't do that.
I also want to mention, I know dozen players from Ukraine, they reliquished any connection to Drider server and star fresh start in Dragoon server..
If you would trully wanted to left drider sever, you would have done that..
You braging why developers didn't respond to your question in short time and also try imply that this thread is very popular topic.
Have you even looked to ZAX thread, view/comment and participants count??
Then claiming that this issue, is technical not political..
The technical problem would be if you have very high latency or can't even log in to the game, nonstop disconnections.
And thats not the case, the real reason is to tranfer account from one server to other due political reasons..
This part is understandable, no one want play in same nation with which you have war..
But to claim it's technical issue, is a lie.

This list show's which companies bans/blocks/suspend russian players.. Why you added?? I have nothing to do with account transfer..
The list act as acheavement list,, the companies which where convinced to ban/block russian players.
You say, that you want just transfer your account.. Your claims is one, but your actions do shows different intentions.
Through years of playing various mmo games I already so various players who try take advantage of situation and manipulate companies.. And I despise such players. Cuz due such actions you cause problems to other players and community members.. Even ones who have nothing to do with situations..
Also, have you though that due your comment, it become way harder to convice developers implement account transfer?
There is only one way to convice developers implement account transfer, and it's only via petition. Via it you may represent multiple players, and with enough of them you convice companies that it's more profitable to implement this feature.
