BtS/FF Bug

Unfortunately I cannot find the DC bug list discussion to update it.
In case you missed it, BtS/FF are currently bugged: they don't increase the damage when empowered as stated in the tooltip.
The bugs are already reported and confirmed by some players here:

but at the moment no feedbacks from the devs.
No need to say that the bugs are relevant for the DC class.

    My dc no feats-boon.
    INFO on following screenshots:
    1: astral seal without empowered spirit or forgmaster flame :



    2: with full empowered break the spirit astral seal .




    3: with full empowered forgmaster flame astral seal:


    is always 983 with the fixed weapons ( i tried also on live but the results maybe confuse without 1000-1000 weapon rather than help but still is the same bug on the live too)
    Please dont take in account the criticals.

    Few of us are also no longer seeing Bear your sins pop up in the combat logs either (where it did in the past) - feels like devs have tweaked the DC and accidentally sent the changes to live.

    I have been using Emp Exaltatio as AC and Emp Prophecy of Doom as DO, the boost is much smaller though :(
    Really hope they fix it soon.

    Ive heard a couple of times now that both of these powers are broken in mod 12. Is this correct and if so are they not working at all?

    The empowered versions of both are not granting the damage buff. I believe the base powers are still working but without the %damage increase, it is doubtful if they are worth slotting in a group at the current time.

    Has there been any input from the devs about this and when/if it will be fixed? Im guessing thats probably a no with how things normally go around here lol.

    Yes, this is on live right now.

    I can also confirm that either of those two abilities is working as the tooltip describes when Empowered. Tested it thoroughly and in each case the outcome was a 0% damage increase for me and the party members.

    I hope that this issue is solved soon.

    A guild mate did some basic testing with dummies and he saw about a 10% increase from FF and from BTS in....are you ready for this?....in DIVINE mode as well as empowered. So, don't waste your empowered mode on either one! I am doing my best to try and change the way I play without utilizing the two strongest party buffs we DC's use in game. As a preferably AC DC, I am using BTS in divine and Exhaltation in empowered. But learning to use exhaltation in a party that is constantly moving and dodging in some of these dungeons has proved to be a challenge. Any suggestions or input on how to move around these totally broken powers would be appreciated! ~~~~~~Darcy of Mountainair BLADERUNNERS

    I'm pretty sure everyone already knows, but these two empowered skills (Break the Spirit and Forgemaster's Flame) are a major source of DC party utility. This bug has a major impact to DCs as a class (virtually all party support builds utilize one of the 2 affected empowered skills).

    Glad this issue is being escalated!

    I have this going on too, where I randomly have some/no feats/boons. Yesterday I respeced both specs to no avail--then it magically fixed itself hours later. Today I logged in broken again and I simply switched loadouts and it fixed itself.

    @nitocris83 there are what seems to be 2-3 separate issues here; ff and bts aren't working for anyone, bear your sins is not working for what seems to be many but not everyone, and a very special chosen few have no working feats and boons, or a few working feats and boons, seemingly at random.

    Have all of these been reported? or just the ff and bts?

    Most of the time right now I have only a couple feats and boons, and only sometimes everything will seem to magically start working, and then stop again for reasons I cannot fathom.

    i noticed this bug as well, for w/e reason my righteous loadout procs the powers just fine but when i change to my virtuous loadout the powers wont work only show the icon

    Come on...ANY (sane) dc uses either empowered bts or ff (as 2nd dc) so this is not a bug you can assign low priority for fixing...or maybe it IS a fix to dc´s becoming so popular? :p

    has this been going in since the start of mod 12? or later? just wondering since consoles get that update Tuesday.

    Later, this occured in the middle(ish) of Mod12 on PC.

    So, for the first month, you can rest safely that this bug won't show up.

    So we have to wait more than two weeks to fix the two main encounters used by DC.
    If a bug like that occurred , for example on GWF ibs, the forum will be burning and full of complains, promises to quit the game, give my money back...
    But no, the bug is on DC, so who care, they can wait................

    As far as my testing goes Exaltation is bugged as well, not giving any damage increase.
