Yep, it's completely unreal, the amount of admin spam currently on Xbox. Worse than what I saw on PC today.

They're aware and are investigating. Everything else is granting 2x Influence though, despite the visual indicator not saying so. The latter of which, they are also aware. Threads merged.
What has happened to the 50% off sale. Event says there is still 4 houses left. Just bought 11500 zen and nothing is 50%off its only 15% off. What the chap hope this gets sorted or want my money back

I just sent a memo out about this to Julia and Andy. Neither are in the office yet, as it has just turned 7am over there. I expect one of them to be soon™ though. As well, I am just told that Cryptic was sent details about 3.5 hours ago, but as no one is in the offices at that time, I don't expect this to be addressed until they get in and investigate. I am also told that they have been made aware that the Zen Market in general is broken on the XBOX. We do apologize for this and thank you for your patience until they can get in and take a look at things.
Zen Market and Sale are unaffected by this issue on the PC.
Update: FYI, it appears the Daily Free Item is also affected. The daily free item is available on the PC however, so this issue here seems to be another in the list of Zen Market Issues affecting the consoles. We've updated the memo to Cryptic and do apologize again!
@zebular the daily free item is *not* working on PC. The Bag Of Holding is not in the Free tab, and Bags of Holding in the Bags tab are at normal full price.
The issue with the "free" bag is probably the same as with the Courtesan wear last year, if you claimed it during the previous jubilee, you can't claim it now.
It's very rare to see a company "punish" long time players, but yeah, same procedure as every year James...
At least last year they only cut the sale off by one hour early, instead of the 7 hours today.

The issue with the "free" bag is probably the same as with the Courtesan wear last year, if you claimed it during the previous jubilee, you can't claim it now.
I have not checked today's, but I have never had a problem claiming the same gift multiple times. I probably never claim a gift on a character that is the current owner of a similar gift, but there's been no issue with amassing multiple free bags and courtesan costumes, for me.
Check today's, please, Becky? Because it's definitely not working for me, or for anyone else I ask who got a Bag Of Holding from last year's Jubilee.
A couple of people reported that they had to log out and back in before it would appear, but so far none of them were around last year.
This isn't exhaustive, of course, but it's suggestive: I think the flag to keep you from claiming more than one might not have gotten cleared properly this year?

@zebular it seems that some people have problems with Daily Free Item on PC, too. A lot of people have been talking that they can't claim free bag today (checked in "Free" and "Bags" sections, just offers it for 600 Zen.
