Update 10:45am PT

Console maintenance has been extended until 11:30am PT.

Double Influence is granting the appropriate amount of Influence but players may see the message display only the regular amount. We are working on ensuring the messaging lines up with the amount of influence being granted.

Console maintenance was extended until 11am PT as we address some issues impacting login. We will be providing updates as available.

We are aware of issues with the 2x Influence on PC and are investigating.

    Had several inf bags to open and marauders is not applying x2 inf

    Confirmed: 2xInfluence is not working for Marauders, at least. we had 28 people doing it and they all got 600 influence instead of the promised 1200.

    Have not checked influence from other sources yet.

    I don't think it was supposed to turn on for another 10 minutes yet at 11am PT. However, the event banner for it is already active, so I am conferring with Cryptic.

    The events on the calendar all said 10:30am (EST), and the event banner went live before we did the Marauders event that hour.

    (my 600 lovely guild marks! Lost! LOOOSST! I'm bereft I tell you.)

    2x Influences worked for me.

    The 1st HE reward screen display 150 but the bag indicate 300.

    Perhaps a display bug?

    Hearing reports that influence is working, just the visual details of what you're getting is not correct. Check how much you're actually getting.

    I'm on PS4, i downloaded the patch and installed it when i try to log in, it says : "wrong version of the game, log out and install the patch"
    ( I know the game in under maintenance. )
    Is this the issue you were talking about ?

    Oh on an other note, i went out after work to buy psn cards to buy zen...
    Then i read the news and saw "reward bonus" instead of "zen -40%" .

    Nice move, you'll will not have a single $ from my pocket and probably never will again.
    Not to mention, your "rewards" feels like a troll as they are so bads.
    Many of us were waiting for a zen discount, you really lost a chance at loads of zen charges.

    The 2x influence comments are in regards to the PC but when the consoles are up, the visual bug may be there also. We don't know yet.

    Since the game says i have the wrong version of the game, i was just asking it was what Nitocrisis was talking about.
    Just to know if i have to delete and reinstall the game again.

    Yes, you'll be getting an error when trying to log into the game until maintenance is complete.

    I can confirm that there's a display bug with influence from HEs - the popup says 150 but you get 300 in inventory - but it was NOT just a display bug with Marauders. All 28 people in our run got 600 instead of 1200, in their inventory, for real. This was between 10:40 and 10:55 EST today, so 7:40-7:55 PST, 10-25 minutes after the 2xInfluence event started. We haven't done Marauders again since to test.

    Thanks! Passed along that the Marauders is most likely bugged in itself not giving the 2x while there is also a general bug with everything not showing the 2x when they are actually granting 2x. In short, two Bugs at present with 2x: Display Value incorrect & Marauders itself is not granting 2x.

    On the subject of Stronghold Marauders, I know @oldbaldyone has bought the SH Cleric companion and claims the bonus 10% to Inf works on HEs but not Marauders.

    I am gonna go out on a limb and say that it seems like the weekly Inf reward from Marauders is not currently keyed to work with bonuses. But it ought to, because damn.

    The issue with Marauders has been forwarded to the dev team. No updates at this time.
