Yea it was, this is the first game that I've found that feels even close to it, with the HE's being reminiscent of named spawns. It's much more casual, but I don't have time for that much of a time sink anymore anyway.

this is what i found on the lvl cap http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Scaling_equipment

The wiki is notorious for being out of date and incorrect.

Try this one Read the tooltip.

    neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Ensorcelled_Arsenal

It did cap at 60 before Elemental Evil was released.

Sadly, the tool tips seem to be incorrect fairly often too!

In this case, it is correct. The original tooltip did say 60 and they actually updated it to show 70. I've stil got a Mulhorand equiped on my secondary cleric. Item level 130 and 200 more damage than the base un-upgraded level 70 artifact weapon and 200 more power on the stats. It wouldn't be like that if it had stopped at 60. Whereas the dragon bone that does stop at 60 has 2000 less power than the level 1 artifact weapon on that same character.

    > Question on your guys play time, I know I've kicked the tires on you before but now that I'm nearing 70 it's time to get serious! Do you guys have people that play earlier? 10pm PST is midnight for me and I almost never play that late. At least not on a school(work) night. Would I miss out on a lot of things that happen that late at night?

I have a couple of friends that I game with in the CST. Lately, I have been sending invites out on the guild chat when we are running SH HE, Underdark Skirmishes and such. It appears that we do not have as large of a group as the PST players as I can't say that we have enough to run the SH dragons, however we do try to be flexible to allow people to join in with us when we are on.

I didn't know if you were still looking for more community leaders, however, I will offer to be one as I try to gather our CST players to run HEs and such when I am playing. I tried to send a response to your callout mail during the game, but the way it sends it leaves me wondering if it really went out. I can't say that I will be the best, but I will be willing to try.

walters, you're zin right? you were the first community leader on the roster. LOL.

goat, they are worth using to 70. and beyond really. i kept mine on until my artifact equip was levelled up. there is a period at level 60 to like 61 or 62 where ensorcelled isn't as good as the green in the game. I took mine off for a couple levels as I recall but then it takes a big jump in stats.

take zephyr up on the artifact belt. but don't level it. you'll want a greater arti belt once you hit 70. if you can afford it you want level 7 for your azures. I thnk I might have one or two spares. especially since I'm trying for all 8's and 9's. maybe we can take up a collection of spare rank 7 azures for you. LOL.

invites sent to fat arren and dracothe black

Actually it doesn't hurt to level it some, but only use the junk level 60+ equipment and nothing else. He would get some increased stats and then it can be used as a feeder to get some of that back on his preferred belt later.

how many slots do you need to fill with azures now? (edited from here)

I just looked at your set up and sent you enchants. they should fill you out. I sent you three azures three silvery and 2 dark. you could also look into a level 60 artifact cloak for one more utility slot. the silvery is for offense but now that I think about it bubble (recovery) may not yet be your bread and butter. you could go two ways. the reds for offense or the silveries for offense.

I never even thought to inspect, just never occurs to me. Any way, I sent another rank 7 Azure and Lathander's belt and cloak. If he doesn't want to use, he can mail them back.

Yes, Zin is me or I. I am Zin :) When I got home from work yesterday, I saw that you had promoted me. Thanks. Hopefully, we can give this guild a little jump start. Last night, we had about 6-8 of us running all kind of things last night. We were definitely having a blast. We have some fun members out there. And, I finally got an epic drop from a tier 3 HE in stronghold. So now I can stop being a doubter.

    @goat

I am not sure if you are referring to the Drowned Shore, but starting with drowned shore, you will have a main NPC that will tell you that you need to complete 8 tasks in the area. From there, you speak to the other 3-4 NPCs to pick up those various tasks. They will repeat on some sort of timer. Once you complete the 8 tasks, you talk to the main NPC again, and he will send you to another main NPC in another area of the map, and you will once again be asked to complete 8 tasks, and ask a different set of NPCs that will give you newer tasks. You will do that until you get to the end of Drowned Shore where you will collect a water seed. From there, you will then move on to Reclamation Rock, and do the same type of questing, then to the Fire Pit, and then Spinward Rise. When you finish all of those, then you will need to grind away at any of those four areas to level up to 70. Usually Drowned Shore is the popular place to grind your way to 70.

Peak time is 10 PM to 2 AM PST/PDT. Yes the guild is active in our own way. We progress the stronghold at a somewhat slow for some players, but steady pace. We plan to keep it low pressure. No mandatory donations to the guild or buy-in, but we do request donations to the coffer when you play, particularly Influence and we do expect you will play at least a few times a week.

Normally around 7-10 players on at other times, but I've seen as few as 4 and as high as 18. Everyone pretty much does their own thing. Ask for a group and you will likely get one, wait to be asked and it may never happen. Many of us are the "lone wolf" type who like to play alone, but are happy to join groups to help out a guildmate.

Peak time may have up to around 15-20 players. We have players from around the globe with England and other parts of Europe, New Zealand, Australia? and USA represented with USA being the largest group as far as I am aware so GMT -5 to -8 for the majority. Not much, if any, PvP currently, but we do have many players who enjoy dungeon, skirmish and Heroic Encounter runs.
